Guardian boss fights can be long and tedious, but they are also a great source of honing materials, Leapstones to be precise. You should be clearing at least 2 Guardian raids daily to make the most out of them. Ideally you'll be beating the highest Guardian that you can access to maximize your daily Leapstone gain.
This can also be a good source of gold, since materials from Guardian raids are tradeable and can be sold on the Market.

Currently there are 5 levels of Guardian raids split between 3 Tiers.
Level 1 and 2 Guardian raids belong to Tier 1
Level 3 and 4 Guardian raids belong to Tier 2
Level 5 Guardian raids belong to Tier 3

Each Guardian raid has an item level requirement meaning that you need to have that specific item level or higher to access the raid. Here is a list of all the Guardians and their requirements:

Nacrasena the second Level 2 Guardian, you need 500 item level to access him

Tytalos the fourth and final Level 2 Guardian, you need 580 item level to access him
