New World introduced Umbral Shards which can be used to upgrade your current 600 gear score items up to 625 and allowing them to be improved up to Legendary quality.

Umbral Shards are a resource that enables you to take an item with a minimum Gear Score of 590 up to a maximum Gear Score of 625, and Umbral Shards also allow you to bump your expertise for a specific gear slot from 600 to 625.  (In order to get from Gear Score 500 to 600 see our Expertise Guide). It’s important to point out that you MUST be Expertise level 600 for that particular gear slot to utilize umbral shards, even on a 590 gear score item.

How long will my New World order take? What is an ETA?

Our ETAs are calculated according to our boosters that have experience and completed New World services, either in beta or since the games launch. For this reason, we ask you for a bit of patience if the ETA is not overly precise. We can certainly be faster or a bit slower, but in any case, we will hold our written ETA accountable for your consumer rights in order to receive compensations or refunds if needed.

What is your refund policy?

If we cannot assign your service within double the Estimated Time, you are entitled to ask for a refund. If we have started but not completed the service within double the estimate, compensations or partial refunds may ensue. What happens after purchasing? Can I still log into my account?
