No Account Lock
This is easily our strongest feature. The biggest evidence of our program’s functionalities is the fact that you do not have to change your password or unlock your account when the booster logs. TITLES TO INTERACTIVE ITEMS AND ACCOUNTS
BLAZINGBOOST (SRL) makes no claims to the title for any virtual items purchased through blazingboost.com. Payments for BLAZINGBOOST (SRL) are for our service not virtual items. All virtual items brokered through blazingboost.com relating to the game are owned by their respective original licensors (eg. blizzard entertainment) BLAZINGBOOST (SRL) is in no way affiliated with the company listed.
BLIZZARD ACTIONS AGAINST YOUR ACCOUNT - TRANSPARENCY
In case of an action against your account from the game companies, you agree that Blazingboost is not necessarily responsible and obliged to issue a cash refund. Blazingboost adopts a transparent attitude on this matter. If Blazingboost is aware of any concrete risk behind one of its services for sale, the customer is informed through service descriptions, Discord messages, or more. However, Blazingboost strives to sell services that do not break Terms of Service as much as possible, such as Selfplay services. In case of any suspension or action against your account, Blazingboost is nevertheless obliged to try to analyse the problem, offer a solution or a compensation and generally support the customer through the matter.
Blazingboost has in no shape or form any link or collaboration with tournaments issued by the respective game companies of which games’ Blazingboost sells services into.
The following paragraphs deal with Blazingboost’s Terms of Service in relation to reimbursements. The Terms apply if the customer is regularly available to chat with the customer support and allows the company to complete the service, in good faith and professionalism.
CASH REFUNDS AND CREDIT REFUNDS
• In accordance to European law, Blazingboost grants to all its customers (also non-european) the right to receive a refund within 14 days if the service has not been started yet.
• For Blazingboost, the service’s start does not entail the sole in-game performance for the service. Example: you purchase a Leveling boost. A booster is found and a Safecarry license is made. The booster will start in a few hours and he declines other boosts as he is going to focus on yours.
In this case, or situations alike, the service has been started and a full cash refund is not possible even if our booster has not logged on your account yet. The same can happen if a Selfplay boost is assigned and soon to be started. In these situations, these actions are considered part of the completion of your service.
• Generally speaking, Blazingboost will always be able to issue a refund if the service has not been completed within DOUBLE the estimated time. If the service has a 1-3 days ETA, on the 6th day you have the right to ask for a refund even if we have already started the service. In that case, you can receive a refund in cash that corresponds to the part of the service that was not completed yet. This clause is in favour of the customer.
Note: when ordering through Paypal, the latter has its own internal rules that mark our transactions as ‘negative’ if fully refunded. However, a partial refund of 60% does not harm our ratio of positive and negative transactions. Therefore, in exceptional cases where we are not liable for a refund but the situation seems proper, you may be offered only a 60% cash refund and a 40% credit refund, in Blazing Points. With this system the customer is not harmed in any shape or form as no money is lost but our Paypal ratio remains intact.
- The customer always has the right to change service, even during its completion. In these circumstances, BlazingBoost will issue a Credit Refund (i.e. Blazing Points, 1 BP = 1€). This shall also happen when the customer wants to stop his service even if Blazingboost is not obliged to offer a cash refund according to the hereby terms and conditions.
WoW BFA Refund Rules
For World of Warcraft BFA, the following specific rules also apply:
A) For Raids purchased from our calendar that do not start at the planned time, the customer is eligible for a cash refund if we can’t organize another raid within a FULL reset.
B) If you are purchasing a Coaching service, refunds will be issued in case Blazingboost is not able to find a player to play with the requested comp within 3-4 days. After the customer and the professional players have been put in touch, it is up to the customer and the booster to schedule a time at which they should play together. If the players are unable to schedule a time, Blazingboost will issue a refund if it is not possible to accomodate the times required by the customer with a different team of equal skill.
C) For Mythic+ services, Blazingboost does its best to guarantee a timed completion not to deplete the key. If the run fails, Blazingboost is obliged to offer another run free of charge unless there is a proof of the customer being the only reason behind the failure.
If Blazingboost cannot organise another run within 24hours, the customer is able to ask for a refund. This policy is subject to change for very high keys (example: +20 Selfplay Timed) and can be found in the services' description and rules.
D) Gladiator and Rank 1 services, if completed in Account sharing, will be refunded if not completed by the end of the season. In case of account disqualifications or suspensions, Blazingboost is generally not responsible. The company does in fact encourage Selfplay and Coaching services as much as possible. Any refund or compensation agreements (10% Refund in case of ban, etc) need to be agreed upon with our Discord support BEFORE the purchase.
E) For Title Guarantee services: These services last a whole season and may be assigned even a month into the PvP season as boosters can wait for the 3v3 ladder to inflate.
In case the character is created and successfully leveled up / geared / with enough Azerite Traits etc without the Gladiator / R1 being completed by the end of the season, the customer agrees that BlazingBoost might issue a PARTIAL REFUND (from 85% to 99%) according to how much we did on the new character. We ask you to please make sure you read the description of Title Guarantee in depth.
If the character is successfully boosted to Gladiator or Rank 1 but the rewards are stripped off for a Blizzard action, you agree that you will receive either a 75% Blazing Points refund or a 45% Cash Refund which will be the customer’s choice. This is guaranteed within 20 days of the delivery.
Afterwards, Blazingboost's responsibility generally ends.
Example: something happens to your character 20 days after the character is delivered. Blazingboost may not be obliged to issue you the above-mentioned refund. However, according to the case we will try to understand if you were at fault or not. If you excessively show off your title, get reported and a GM finds out that you received a Gladiator character, Blazingboost is not liable for any penalties issued from Blizzard. On the other hand, if Title Guarantee services do not work anymore and all of our customers experience a problem, then it will obviously not be your fault and we will address the situation and propose a solution.
We will always do anything possible to make sure you keep access to the high-rated PvP character regardless of the final outcome.
100% Title Guarantee service also requires a very long time to complete and purchasing it at the end of the season might not entitle you to a full refund. In that case, the best solution would be postponing your order or compensating you with another service.
WoW Classic Refund Rules
For World of Warcraft Classic, the following specific rules also apply:
A) Account sharing in Classic can cause suspensions, particularly for high account sharing activity or high PvP rank boosts. Blazingboost constantly suggests Selfplay where possible. Therefore, suspsensions for your Classic account (which also suspend the correspondent BFA license) do not oblige Blazingboost to issue a refund.
B) If your service is SLOWER than the rough estimates provided by non-priority, priority, and super priority options, Blazingboost is obliged to compensate with discounts and bonuses at max level. Cash refunds for extra speed options are not guaranteed and are case sensitive, analyzed by management. The logic behind this clause is the unforeseeable precise duration of long-term services such as 1-60 leveling boosts.
C) In case of a suspension received for a Piloted leveling service, Blazingboost is obliged to help and compensate for the problem but full cash refunds are not applicable. If your service was partially completed, the left over part is refunded in credit (Blazing Points) on the website.
