What do Bald.gg's terms say about refunds and cancellations?
Read the current Bald.gg terms before paying, especially for a large order. This is what they say right now (v4.0, updated 16 October 2026):
Cancel before work begins: a 10% administration charge applies.
Cancel after work begins: a 20% cancellation charge applies.
You cause a Parsec disconnect or issue: the service can be cut short with no refund.
Guaranteed item arrives early: the order is complete once the item drops. There is no minimum KC.
You get the item yourself during a guaranteed order: the order still counts as complete.
Ban or HCIM/Pure status loss: they take no responsibility for account infractions or status loss, and there is no refund for a ban.
Loot on Login or Parsec raids: raid loot is FFA. You keep the purple unless the ticket says otherwise.
For partial completions, unusual packages or item hunts with excluded rewards, ask their support to record the exact deal in writing before the job starts.
