Help section
Who is the Starter Package for?
It is for a fresh character that you want to take to Level 45 with Episode 6 completed. It gets you ready for expeditions and endgame content.
What exactly is included?
Item Level 1,400, Daevanion Talent tree at 140+ points, 61 Sealed Dungeons, 60 Regional Quests, 15 Strongholds, all PvP Sealed Dungeons and Strongholds in the rift, plus the other items listed on the package page.
Why buy the package instead of single services?
The package covers everything in one order at a discount compared with ordering each service separately. You also deal with one chat for the whole progression.
Will the booster use my account?
Yes. Your booster logs into your account (Piloted) to complete the package and uses a VPN to maximize your safety.
Can I upgrade to a bigger package later?
Yes. If you want more, the Advanced and Endgame Packages go further, and support can help you choose in the chat.
What happens after I have paid?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your order chat. Our support team will review your order details, selected options, and service requirements before assigning the most suitable booster. You can use the chat at any time to provide additional information, ask questions, or request an update.
Can I contact my booster and support during the service?
Yes. You can communicate with our support team and assigned booster through Blazing Chat. We will use the chat to arrange the service, request any necessary information, and keep you updated until your order is completed.
Will this order earn discounts and rewards?
Yes. Your order grants VIP XP and Seasonal Progress. VIP XP helps you unlock account benefits and future discounts, while Seasonal Progress can reward you with additional benefits, free services, and gifts according to the current program.
How can I request a refund?
Contact our support team through your order chat if you need to cancel or request a refund. We will review your request according to the service progress and our refund policy, then explain the available solution.
