ABOUT THE TIME LIMIT
Arena Selfplay services have a time limit. Seeing as we do not know your PvP experience or affinity with your class, we cannot force our pro to play forever. Especially at higher ratings, our pros cannot win games 2v3 and you will need to contribute a bit. The time limit works as follows:
- 0-1400 rating has a time limit of roughly 1 hour
- After 1400, each 100 extra rating adds +1 hour of guaranteed 2v2 gameplay with our pro up to 1800
- For 1800-2100, each 100 rating has a time limit of 1h90
- After 2100, the time limit is extended to 2 hours of guaranteed gameplay per 100 rating
For example, 1500 to 1800 has a time limit of 3 hours, and 2100 to 2300 would have a time limit of 4 hours. Please note that our pros are paid as soon as they reach your rating, so they are motivated to complete your order as quickly as possible. If you have not reached your rating in time, our pro can suggest you to add up to two more hours of 2v2 with a large discount (20€ per hour). If the rating is out of reach and our pro thinks you need to practice some more before pushing higher rating, we may suggest you a discounted Personal Teacher service.

- Full PvP Gear - Your character MUST have full PvP gear or the service will be nearly impossible to complete. Most PvP players tend to focus on the opponent that is not geared enough and that will make things very difficult for your Arena partner. If you don't have full honor gear, please select the extra option and we will help you acquire it!
Important Note: The ETA you can see for any of these values (1400/1600/1800/2100 rating etc.) might change as it depends on rating inflation. If that happens, the support will inform you and keep you up to date with your order.

How do we communicate?
There is a quick procedure to complete only on your first purchase!
- Simply open the chat widget on the bottom right-hand corner of your screen and use the Blazing Chat. There is no need to use any 3rd party chat software, but we are also available through Discord at "blazingboostclassic".
- We will communicate directly so that all of our team can chat with you 24/7/365 with no downtime. Just like you're talking to a random friend!
The process is easy and fast. No worries!
Do I need to register in order to purchase an order?
Yes, as your account will gain discount points (“Blazing Points”) to use in the future. Every purchase you make generates credit on your account that you can use to drop the price on the cart!
Therefore, you can either make an account through the Register button or you can follow the ‘Quick Registration’ procedure on our cart. With a few clicks, you’ll be all set.
What happens after I have paid?
The process is standardized across all games - once we have confirmed that the money has been received, we will send an automatic message with details about your order.
Our support then starts offering your order to the available roster and once a pro is found, we will create a conference on our Blazing Chat where you can coordinate with them about the start / completion of the order.
Who are your boosters?
- Our roster is made up of seasoned professionals and people who live and breathe the game. Not everyone can just join however - we have a strict hiring and testing policy, not to mention an entire department that spends time testing and performance checking our pro teams.
- To add an additional layer of professionalism, our pros have to sign a contract and provide evidence of their performance and legitimacy (no hacks or 3rd party programs allowed - just pure, unadulterated, skill).
- You can expect to find players and teams who have played/are playing in top guilds as well as individuals who have <1% scores in PvP activities.
What is an ETA?
All of our services have an “Estimated Time of Arrival/Completion” or an ETA. It consists of the usual duration of the service which we have experienced with previous services of similar type. It is impossible for us to be completely sure about the length of your service, but we will always do our best to stay within the Estimated Time by asking all of our available pros and similar services!
We do not want to deceive you with an unrealistic delivery time; however, we also go out of our way to make sure your order is completed as quickly as possible. As soon as we see your order, all of our pros can apply to complete it, and we will also proactively message our most active and trusted players. After many years in business, we have developed lots of systems to start quickly, keep you updated, and compensate you in case of delays.
What is the VIP System? Do my purchases count?
- The VIP System has been introduced at Blazing to reward new and existing players with a slew of benefits based on their activity. Every single purchase counts, even if you haven't been purchasing from us in a while (all rewards are retroactive).
- The VIP system works in such a way that you are generating points with every purchase. These points add up to your VIP level - every single level offers a different set of benefits which you unlock as you purchase more services.
- For now, the VIP System has 6 levels with added benefits to each. We are already working to improve and expand the system further in 2025 and beyond.
How can I get a refund?
You can read about Blazing's Refund Policy here. In a nutshell, you may request a refund if your order hasn't been started yet (no pro was assigned to it) and you have found some critical issue which has prevented you from completiting said order.
