Introduction
Getting Conquest and Honor is one of the most important things for any soul that enjoys some PvP action. Pandaria has plenty of ways to get these currencies. We’re going to run through a few of them and analyze which ones are the best for you to focus on and make your journey through the Mists of Pandaria Classic far more enjoyable, and get that PvP Rating in no time!
Farming Justice Points and converting them into Honor Points
The brand new system was added in MoP Classic, adding a way for players to do PvE and get some PvP gear without having to struggle and go through the painful process of queueing Battleground without gear, to just get farmed and play a miserable match. It's easier once you obtain a few pieces of PvP gear, so you can feel more powerful.
This also applies vice versa, meaning that if you have some PvP gear, you can just spam BGs, get some Honor, and exchange it for Justice points. This is another great way to get some older transmogs and not feel like you’re wasting resources on something. Because we all know that the cosmetic game is as important as having BIS gear in your full loadout!
The conversion is the following:
- 375 Justice points = 250 Honor Points
- 375 Honor Points = 250 Justice Points
Farming Battleground and Rares in Krasarang Wilds
Of course, if you don’t want to waste your Justice Points and just focus solely on getting as much Honor as you can, the fastest way would be BGs and farming Rares that drop Honor. This can also bring you some Conquest Points, netting you a good way to get both currencies as fast as you can. Getting to the Conquest Cap is also a huge factor in getting ahead of everyone else, or just being on the same level as all the players, and not feeling that you’re falling behind
Random Battleground Bonus is around 150-250 Honor Points per first win of the day. Doing it daily is a good thing to have lots of honor per week ready. You can also get some additional Conquest Points per daily win.
You will also be getting Honor Points for each win or loss on top of the daily bonus. Usually, you will get half the points less for a loss than you get for a win. Trying to get as many honorable kills will help you get some bonus honor points within the Battleground itself. The best ones to focus on are Warsong Gulch or Arathi Basin. Alterac Valley is another pretty good one, but it can last for a long time sometimes; however, it grants huge Honor Points as rewards, even if you lose.
6 Rare mobs drop this specific currency that you can farm as well. Here are their names and coordinates; they’re all located within the Krasarang Wilds:

Dalan Nightbreaker (85.0, 27.6) | Kar Warmaker (13.4, 54.8) |
Disha Fearwarden (87.4, 29.2) | Ubunti the Shade (10.6, 57.0) |
Mavis Harms (89.0, 26.8) | Muerta (12.2, 64.6) |
Farming Conquest Points in MoP Classic
Once the season starts, acquiring Conquest will be far easier, and the focus will shift accordingly. This applies every single season. There is a conquest cap, a limited amount of the conquest you can get each week, meaning you can earn and then optimize which gear you want to get for maximum effect for your specific class. Doing Rated Arenas (2s and 3s) and Rated Battlegrounds will be your main source to get Conquest Cap each week.
