What PvP content can I get coaching for?
You can choose from 2v2 Hellgate, 3v3 Hellgate, The Depths, Duo Mists, Roads of Avalon, Small Scale PvP (2-5 players), Open World PvP and Ganking, Corrupted Dungeons (all tiers), Faction Warfare, Black/Red Zone PvP, and ZvZ (large-scale). Select one or multiple areas when ordering. Your coach will adapt to the content you pick and your current skill level.
What's the difference between Solo and Duo format?
Solo means one customer with one dedicated coach. Duo means one customer with two coaches who play together with you in 3v3 content. Duo works well if you want two experienced players coaching you simultaneously in team-based formats. Both formats include live voice guidance.
What will the coach teach me during the session?
The coach provides real-time feedback on positioning, when to engage or retreat, ability timing, target priority, and reading the enemy's gear and cooldowns. For Corrupted Dungeons, they'll teach invasion timing and duel mechanics. For Hellgates, it's coordination and focus-fire. For open world, it's escape routes and gank awareness. For ZvZ, it's frontline/backline role and clump movement. You'll also discuss weapon/armor synergies and builds that fit your playstyle.
Do I need high Item Power or good gear?
No. Coaching is open to all Item Power levels and gear tiers. If you're new, the coach will help you understand safe PvP zones (yellow) and starter builds. If you're experienced, they'll refine your mechanics for red/black zone or competitive content like Hellgates and Corrupted Dungeons. Bring whatever gear you're comfortable risking in full-loot zones.
When does my order start and how do we communicate?
After purchase, your assigned coach will contact you via Blazing Chat to schedule the session. You'll agree on a start time that works for both of you, then meet on Discord voice. Session length is based on the quantity you selected at checkout. Communication during the session is via Discord; all coordination before the session is via Blazing Chat.
