Help section
How is Premium Ranked Boost different?
Premium is handled by tournament-level players, for players who want the highest level of expertise. You pick your current and desired rank and the booster handles the climb. You need a Level 20 account with Ranked unlocked, and the starting rank you choose has to match your account rank.
Is my account safe?
By default our booster plays on your account (Piloted) and a VPN is used to maximize your safety. If you would rather play yourself, choose Selfplay to play with our pro, or 3 Stack to have two pros in your party. These are optional extras with the price shown on the page.
Can I choose the legends?
Yes. Add Specific Legends (a list of legends you want played) or a One-Trick Legend as extras. The price of each is shown on the page.
Can I stay hidden or watch the boost?
Yes. Add Appear Offline so your friends do not see you online, or add Stream if you want to watch your booster play live.
Can I get it faster?
Yes. Choose Express in Speed Options and your order starts faster. The estimated time is shown before you pay.
What happens after I have paid?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your order chat. Our support team will review your order details, selected options, and service requirements before assigning the most suitable booster. You can use the chat at any time to provide additional information, ask questions, or request an update.
Can I contact my booster and support during the service?
Yes. You can communicate with our support team and assigned booster through Blazing Chat. We will use the chat to arrange the service, request any necessary information, and keep you updated until your order is completed.
Will this order earn discounts and rewards?
Yes. Your order grants VIP XP and Seasonal Progress. VIP XP helps you unlock account benefits and future discounts, while Seasonal Progress can reward you with additional benefits, free services, and gifts according to the current program.
How can I request a refund?
Contact our support team through your order chat if you need to cancel or request a refund. We will review your request according to the service progress and our refund policy, then explain the available solution.
