Lighthouse has either the best or the second-best loot in the entire game. Although those sweet locations are almost always either hard to get to or highly contested. The map is built in a way that it is pretty efficient to snipe enemies from one side of the map to another, with the central road being surrounded by high hills. And dealing with the Rogues that reside in the water treatment can be pretty tough as well unless you know exactly what you're doing.
