Gear Completion Policy
Blue Dungeon Gear
Your service is complete when suitable Blue Dungeon Gear fills every agreed equipment slot for your selected class and specialization.
Items may come from any relevant accessible dungeon based on your agreed gear setup. This package does not guarantee specific items or a Best-in-Slot item in every slot.
Full Pre-Raid BiS
We target the agreed current Pre-Raid Best-in-Slot setup for your class and specialization, using gear that does not require raid drops.
As WoW Forever itemization and gearing routes continue to be mapped, optimal gear targets may change. We will confirm the appropriate setup during your order.
If an agreed item becomes impractical to obtain or a more appropriate target is identified, we may propose a suitable alternative. Any replacement requires your confirmation before it counts toward completion of the agreed setup.
Full Raid Gear
Your service is complete when suitable Raid Gear fills every agreed equipment slot covered by your selected package for your class and specialization.
This package provides a complete agreed Raid Gear setup but does not guarantee specific items or a BiS item in every slot unless explicitly stated.
BiS (Best in Slot)
We target the agreed current BiS setup for your class and specialization using gear available from the relevant content.
As WoW Forever itemization, encounters, and gearing routes continue to be mapped, the optimal BiS setup may change. Your agreed targets will be confirmed during your order, and any later replacement requires your confirmation.
Farming continues through the relevant dungeon, raid, and other eligible content, subject to drop availability, access requirements, and applicable lockouts.
Lockout-Limited Raid BiS Items: Additional Attempts and Replacements
When only one or two regular Raid BiS items remain in your agreed setup, we make at least three additional eligible attempts for each missing item.
An eligible attempt means completing the relevant loot-eligible encounter that can award the missing item. If two missing items come from the same raid, the same run can count toward both, provided their respective source encounters are completed.
This additional-attempt count begins once no more than two regular lockout-limited Raid BiS items remain. Earlier attempts do not count toward these additional attempts.
If an item still has not dropped after its additional attempts, we may propose the next-best suitable alternative for your specialization. Any replacement will be confirmed with you before the slot is considered complete.
Repeatable dungeon or other non-lockout gearing targets are not automatically governed by this three-attempt rule and are handled according to the agreed service setup.
For other difficult item cases, we may discuss suitable alternatives and an individually assessed partial refund.
Completion Time and Lockouts
Completion time depends on your selected package, current gear, character preparation, item drops, content availability, and applicable dungeon or raid lockouts. Raid gearing may require multiple weekly resets. Estimates are not guaranteed completion dates.
Priority improves assignment, scheduling, and eligible preparation. It cannot increase item drop chances or bypass in-game lockouts.
Cancellation and Partial Refunds
You may request to stop the service before completion. Any partial refund is assessed individually, taking into account the work already completed and the remaining service value, under our Refund Policy.
There is no fixed refund amount per missing item.
New Content and Gear Changes
If new gearing content becomes available before your order is complete, you may:
Continue targeting the originally agreed gear setup.
Stop the service and receive an appropriate, individually assessed partial refund.
Apply the remaining service value toward an updated gearing setup.
Moving to a newly available gear setup requires an updated assessment. The remaining service value may not cover the full revised price, and the completion estimate may change.
If a major game or progression change makes the originally agreed service materially different or no longer reasonably completable, we will review the completed work and remaining service value with you to arrange an appropriate partial refund or an agreed Blazing Points credit.

- For Pre-Raid BiS and BiS Gear, optimal gear targets may change as WoW Forever itemization and gearing routes continue to be mapped. Our team will confirm the appropriate targets for your class and specialization during your order
- Full Raid Gear guarantees suitable Raid Gear for the agreed equipment slots, but does not guarantee specific items or a BiS item in every slot unless explicitly stated
- For Piloted completion, account sharing involves associated risks. Limiting account-sharing activity is recommended. A VPN may help reduce exposure, but it does not eliminate risk. BlazingBoost will inform you of any known risks and recommend current best practices so you can make an informed decision and improve account safety.

Can I choose the exact items I want?
Your selected package determines the overall gearing target. Specific item requests may be possible depending on the item and available content. Use Blazing Chat if you want us to review a specific item or setup before ordering.
Does Full Raid Gear guarantee specific Raid items?
No. Full Raid Gear guarantees suitable Raid Gear for the agreed equipment slots, but it does not guarantee specific items or a BiS item in every slot unless explicitly stated.
How are Pre-Raid BiS and BiS Gear determined?

Can gear from lower-level dungeons be included?
Yes. We target relevant gear for your selected package, so useful items may come from any accessible dungeon that provides suitable upgrades for your class and specialization.
Can item drops or raid lockouts affect the completion time?
Yes. Gear acquisition can depend on drop availability, dungeon or raid access, lockouts, and other in-game limitations. These factors may extend the completion time for some packages.
Does my character need to meet any requirements before ordering?

What happens after I have paid?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your order chat. Our support team will review your order details, selected options, and service requirements before assigning the most suitable booster. You can use the chat at any time to provide additional information, ask questions, or request an update.

How can I request a refund?
You can always request a credit refund and use the balance toward another BlazingBoost service. A cash refund is also available if your order has not started yet and no pro has been assigned, or if the original ETA has been exceeded by more than 100%. We may also proactively offer a refund if there is an issue preventing your order from being completed.
