- Dungeon Quest Pickup is available with Piloted only and covers quests your character can immediately accept. Completing prerequisite quests or quest chains is not included
- Loot is distributed according to your selected Loot Option. Specific item drops are not guaranteed

What is the difference between Lower City, Emperor Run, and Full Dungeon?
Lower City covers the early dungeon sections and bosses. Emperor Run focuses on reaching and defeating Emperor Dagran Thaurissan. You can select both parts together. Full Dungeon (All Bosses) covers all 21 listed encounters, including optional bosses and events.
Does selecting both Lower City and Emperor Run include all bosses?
No. Both parts cover their respective routes, but some optional encounters are not included. Choose Full Dungeon (All Bosses) for a complete clear.
Does Full Dungeon include all 21 bosses?
Yes. Full Dungeon covers the 21 listed encounters, including optional bosses and events requiring special mechanics. Randomized encounters include the boss that appears during the run; additional rare spawns and alternate random bosses are not guaranteed.
Do I need the Shadowforge Key to enter Blackrock Depths?
No. The Shadowforge Key is not required to enter the dungeon, but it opens shortcuts and internal routes. Some optional encounters also require special items or mechanics, which our team will coordinate for the selected service.
Can I complete the Princess Moira rescue quests with Full Dungeon?
Quests such as The Fate of the Kingdom and The Royal Rescue require Princess Moira to survive, which conflicts with defeating her for the All Bosses objective. Please contact support beforehand so we can arrange the appropriate route. An additional run may be required.
What is the difference between Group Loot and Full Loot Priority?
With Group Loot, you roll for eligible drops alongside other players. With Full Loot Priority, you receive priority over other players on eligible gear for your character's armor type. Loot Priority applies only to the bosses included in your purchased route. Specific item drops are not guaranteed.
Do I need to pick up dungeon quests beforehand?
Yes, unless you select Dungeon Quest Pickup with Piloted completion. We'll collect dungeon quests your character can already accept, subject to level, faction, and unlock requirements. Prerequisite quests, quest chains, keys, and attunements are not included. With Selfplay, please accept your quests before the runs.
Are all dungeon quests guaranteed to be completed?
No. We'll work toward eligible quest objectives during your purchased runs. Some quests require specific routes, additional objectives, or multiple runs. Additional runs are not included if a quest remains unfinished.
Do I need to buy Dungeon Quest Pickup for every run?
No. Dungeon Quest Pickup is purchased once for the character covered by your order. It does not repeat quest rewards across multiple runs and adds preparation time before the dungeon runs begin.
What is the difference between Selfplay, Piloted, and Remote Access?
With Selfplay, you play your own character alongside our team. With Piloted, our pro logs into your account using a VPN matched as closely as possible to your location. With Remote Access, our pro controls the game on your PC through Parsec while your computer stays on and connected. We recommend Selfplay if you prefer to keep full control of your character.
Which region, ruleset, and faction should I select?
Select the options matching your character. Both Alliance and Horde can access Blackrock Depths. If your combination is unavailable, contact support before ordering.
What happens after I have paid?
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your order chat. Our support team will review your order details, selected options, and service requirements before assigning the most suitable booster. You can use the chat at any time to provide additional information, ask questions, or request an update.

How can I request a refund?
You can always request a credit refund and use the balance toward another BlazingBoost service. A cash refund is also available if your order has not started yet and no pro has been assigned, or if the original ETA has been exceeded by more than 100%. We may also proactively offer a refund if there is an issue preventing your order from being completed.
