Help section
How does the PvP Rank Boost work?
Our pros farm Rank Points through Battlegrounds and other PvP activities until your character reaches your desired rank, following the weekly progression limits.
What are the character requirements?
A Level 60 character with the full Rare PvP armor set (8/8) is required. If you don't own the set, you can purchase the Full Rare PvP Set option, and our pros will complete the preparation before starting your rank progression.
How long does it take to reach my desired PvP rank?
Completion time depends on your current rank, desired rank, and weekly PvP progression caps. Higher ranks may require several weeks. Additional gearing preparation may extend the estimated completion time.
What if I already have PvP rank progress?
Select your current and desired PvP ranks when ordering. If you've already earned Rank Points toward your next rank, contact our support team for a customized price.
Are PvP gear, mounts, and weapons included?
Reaching your selected rank unlocks access to the corresponding PvP rewards. Purchasing the items is not included and may require additional Honor or other currencies.
Will I earn Legacy Points from PvP ranking?
Yes! Reaching Ranks 3, 7, 10, 13, and 14 can earn up to 5 Legacy Points. Each Legacy Challenge awards its point only once per Battle.net account.
What is the difference between Piloted and Remote?
With Piloted, our pro logs into your account using a VPN. With Remote, our pro completes the service through Parsec on your PC without requiring your login details. Remote requires your computer to remain available during scheduled sessions.
What happens after I have paid?
Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive access to your order chat. Our team will review your order details, requirements, and selected completion method before assigning a suitable booster.
Can I contact my booster and support during the service?
Yes! You can communicate with your booster and our 24/7 support through Blazing Chat to coordinate your service, ask questions, and receive progress updates.
Will this order earn discounts and rewards?
Yes. Your order grants VIP XP and Seasonal Progress. VIP XP helps unlock future discounts and account benefits, while Seasonal Progress contributes toward rewards such as free services and gifts.
How can I request a refund?
You can always request a credit refund and use the balance toward another BlazingBoost service. A cash refund is also available if your order has not started yet and no pro has been assigned, or if the original ETA has been exceeded by more than 100%. We may also proactively offer a refund if there is an issue preventing your order from being completed.
You can read our Refund Policy, or contact our support team if you need help with your order.
