    ...please remember that healing or tanking are crucial to the dungeon's completion. Our pro teams know the best routes and strategies in every dungeon, and they can grant you a great quality service if they are indeed covering those two roles.

    Therefore, if you play healer or tank:

    • Your Fellowship Dungeon carry service may take a little more to be assigned, as most teams prefer to play with customers who are DPSing. However, the extra price you are paying will encourage our teams to take your order.
    • Before starting the service, our team may inquire about your dungeons experience.
    • If the dungeond is untimed and there is proof that you do not have enough experience to heal or tank that dungeon, the team may ask you to switch the service to Piloted and complete the run again.
      In this case, the extra healer/tank cost you have paid may not be refunded in full, as the team will still have invested time and will need to play your desired dungeon again. This is case sensitive.

    Please note that our policy has been designed with your interests in mind. If you are experienced and can play the healer or tank roles, we are happy for you to do so! However, if you are inexperienced, we strongly recommend that you use the piloted service. This allows you to receive a seamless and high quality service with zero headaches. 

    • You must own a Fellowship account.
    • You must have Endless Mode unlocked, as well as the dungeon you want to play. 

    • As with every Account Sharing service, please be wary of the associated risks. Minimizing account sharing activity is always a great idea. A VPN helps but it may not be bulletproof. Without an organized team, progressing through Eternal levels can quickly become more about scheduling and patience than actual gameplay.

    Even if your gear’s solid and your rotation flawless, one mistake from someone else: a missed dodge, an untimed ultimate, can send the run spiraling into failure. Meanwhile, players with static groups are already pushing higher levels, collecting better loot, and climbing the leaderboards.

    What is Eternal Mode in Fellowship?

    Eternal Mode is the highest difficulty tier in Fellowship, unlocked after completing the Paragon Capstone Dungeon. It features infinitely scaling dungeon levels with new modifiers and “Curses” that increase enemy strength and change fight mechanics.
