For selfplay, we'll provide a full team to guarantee quick games and fast completion. You'll need to follow their instructions regarding which items to upgrade and when.
This service is done through Selfplay by default, but it can be done with Piloted (with the use of Premium VPN software to keep you as safe as possible).

- After purchasing, we need you to kindly provide us with your order information (such as your hero, for example).

- If your service is Piloted, before every session, the booster will make sure to be online on his VPN. We can also show you screenshots before logging, proving that we are connecting to a location as close to you as possible.

If you want to tank or heal...
...please remember that healing or tanking are crucial to the dungeon's completion. Our pro teams know the best routes and strategies in every dungeon, and they can grant you a great quality service if they are indeed covering those two roles.
Therefore, if you play healer or tank:
- Your Fellowship Dungeon carry service may take a little more to be assigned, as most teams prefer to play with customers who are DPSing. However, the extra price you are paying will encourage our teams to take your order.
- Before starting the service, our team may inquire about your dungeons experience.
- If the dungeond is untimed and there is proof that you do not have enough experience to heal or tank that dungeon, the team may ask you to switch the service to Piloted and complete the run again.
In this case, the extra healer/tank cost you have paid may not be refunded in full, as the team will still have invested time and will need to play your desired dungeon again. This is case sensitive.
Please note that our policy has been designed with your interests in mind. If you are experienced and can play the healer or tank roles, we are happy for you to do so! However, if you are inexperienced, we strongly recommend that you use the piloted service. This allows you to receive a seamless and high quality service with zero headaches.
