  • Your Fellowship Dungeon carry service may take a little more to be assigned, as most teams prefer to play with customers who are DPSing. However, the extra price you are paying will encourage our teams to take your order.
  • Before starting the service, our team may inquire about your dungeons experience.
  • If the dungeond is untimed and there is proof that you do not have enough experience to heal or tank that dungeon, the team may ask you to switch the service to Piloted and complete the run again.
    In this case, the extra healer/tank cost you have paid may not be refunded in full, as the team will still have invested time and will need to play  your desired dungeon again. This is case sensitive.

Please note that our policy has been designed with your interests in mind. If you are experienced and can play the healer or tank roles, we are happy for you to do so! However, if you are inexperienced, we strongly recommend that you use the piloted service. This allows you to receive a seamless and high quality service with zero headaches.

Do I need to register before buying?
