Unfortunately not, in order to prevent abuse of this system, Digital Extremes has limited the amount of Affinity gained so no matter how many times you choose to level up your Warframe or Weapon it won’t give you more than 6.000 Affinity per Warframe except limited, specific gear like Voidrigs or certain Weapons that can go above level 30 and up to level 40.
