Explanation of the "Insurance" Concept
Hardcore is the most unforgiving environment ever created in WoW.
With our Insurance policies, you are protected from unforeseen circumstances, booster errors and anything else that might affect your leveling order. We are obliged to complete a leveling order for the selected level range.
Standard Insurance is included in the base service and follows these guidelines:
- If you purchase a 1-60 leveling, and the booster dies at lvl 50, he has to start again from lvl 1 and get to level 60.
- If you purchase a 55-60 leveling, and the booster dies at level 56, we are obliged to complete a leveling range at the same price point starting on level 1.
Blazing Insurance is paid an additional 50% of the leveling order value (refundable) and follows these guidelines:
- If you purchase a 1-60 leveling, and the booster dies at lvl 50, he has to start again from lvl 1 and get to level 60.
- If you purchase a 55-60 leveling, and the booster dies at level 56, he has to start again from lvl 1 and get to level 60.
In case you pay the extra 50% for Blazing Insurance, and it isn't used, you will get it refunded in website credit (Blazing Points), in full.
