Explanation of the Insurance concept
Hardcore is the most unforgiving environment ever created in WoW. Our Insurance policy grants you a fair and smooth leveling service, dealing with all possible events and circumstances.
Basic Insurance (Attempt with fairness & benefit on the result for the booster)
This is the base insurance system, at the base price. It gives value to every single euro/dollar you are spending, ensuring it is used to get you as far as possible in the game, maximizing your progress with a great booster who will do their best to conclude your order. If they are successful, they will have a payment increase from us!
For example:
- You buy a 1-40 leveling service, and the order is completed without deaths or failures. The booster will have a payment bonus from us. This encourages them to ALWAYS give their best.
- if you buy a 1-60 leveling and the booster dies at level 42, he will use the remaining budget of the service (42-60) to reach the highest possible level, which could be level 30. The full value of your payment is used, and our booster will not receive any bonus.
Note: If you are not interested in further attempts, we can also refund the remaining portion in website credit (following the previous example, the 42-60 cost would be refunded in website credit).
Extended Blazing Insurance (Guaranteed result up to your selected Secured level)
For an extra payment, you can secure a specific level. In that case, any deaths or failures are not your problem, no matter the event The booster will simply have to resume, and your selected maximum level is always safeguarded. This is the best option if you want to get your guaranteed result.
Here are some examples to clarify how this insurance system works:
- If you purchase a 1-60 leveling, and the booster dies at lvl 50, he has to start again from level 1 and get to level 60, if you secure up to lvl 60 with our Extended insurance.
- If you purchase a 55-60 leveling, and the booster dies at level 56, he has to start again from level 1 and get to level 60, if you secure up to lvl 60 with our Extended insurance.
- If you purchase a 1-50 leveling, and the booster dies at lvl 50, he has to start again from level 1 and get to level 40, if you secure up to lvl 40 with our Extended insurance.
- If you are not interested in using your insurance, we can refund the value of the insurance in website credit. This can happen if you decide to quit Hardcore, for example!
Extra: Custom Insurance
If you purchase a partial leveling boost and your character has resources, gold, gear or special items you'd like to include in the insurance (which means the booster will have to earn them again in case of failure), contact us.
According to the items you want to include in your custom insurance, we will give you a custom quote.
DISCLAIMERS
- Insurance systems are only valid if the booster is in control. If the customer logs in or does risky things mid-boost, insurance is voided.
- Hardcore is very unforgiving and even the best boosters may have unlucky circumstances that cause an unforeseen death. We encourage you to purchase these products if you understand the correlated risks, especially if you choose the basic insurance.
The impact of your Class on your leveling order
When it comes to classic, some classes are better than others. That's why we implemented the class selector even before our usual post-purchase information survey. We will let you pay less if you play a class that is considered "fast" and we will also reduce the ETA by the same amount, being 20%.
Unfortunately for some, this also has a negative effect on some classes like Warriors, where the price and ETA go up by 20%

How do I talk directly with your support?

Therefore, there is no need to use any 3rd party chat software, but:
- If you wish, you can synchronize your Blazingchat profile with your Discord or Telegram personal account, so you can chat with us from your favourite apps. It's very easy, just follow the instructions or browse the settings menu on the chat; or ask our support if you need help with it.

Do I need to register before buying?
You can buy even without being logged in, but you are always asked to insert an email. In fact, your order will always be connected to a BlazingBoost account. This is because your account earns VIP experience points to level up and get discounts and gifts, Seasonal Rewards through our own Battle Pass system, and website credit as cashback (“Blazing Points”) for extra discounts.
How can I get a discount?

- In general, every booster is tested multiple times per month and must sign a contract and verify their identity with us. No randoms.
