However, if you don't have time to play and a Piloted service is the only option, we obviously protect you as much as possible with a VPN. From your side, you can be EXTRA safe by not logging in immediately after the booster and by avoiding reports of any kind. You should simply keep a low profile in your own gaming sessions.

Explanation of the Insurance concept

Hardcore is the most unforgiving environment ever created in WoW. Our Insurance policy grants you a fair and smooth leveling service, dealing with all possible events and circumstances. 

Standard Insurance (Attempt with fairness & benefit on result for the booster)

This is the base insurance system, at the base price. It gives value to every single euro/dollar you are spending, ensuring it is used to get you as far as possible in the game, maximizing your progress with a great booster who will do their best at concluding your order. If they are successful, they will have a payment increase from us!

  • If you purchase a 55-60 leveling, and the booster dies at level 56, we are obliged to complete a leveling at the price point of the remaining level range of 56-60 starting on level 1.
  • Otherwise, we can refund the remaining portion back in BlazingPoints.

Extended Blazing Insurance (Guaranteed result)

For an extra payment, any deaths or failures are not your problem, no matter the event. The booster will simply have to resume, and your selected maximum level is always safeguarded. This is the best option if you want to get the guaranteed result.

  • If you purchase a 1-60 leveling, and the booster dies at lvl 50, he has to start again from level 1 and get to level 60, if you choose the Up to Level 60 insurance.
  • If you purchase a 55-60 leveling, and the booster dies at level 56, he has to start again from level 1 and get to level 60, if you choose the Up to Level 60 insurance.
  • If you purchase a 1-50 leveling, and the booster dies at lvl 50, he has to start again from level 1 and get to level 40, if you choose the Up to Level 40 insurance.
  • Otherwise, we can refund the remaining portion back in BlazingPoints.

Extra: Custom Insurance
If you purchase a partial leveling boost and your character has resources, gold, gear or special items you'd like to include in the insurance (which means the booster will have to earn them again in case of failure), contact us.
According to the items you want to include in your custom insurance, we will give you a custom quote.

DISCLAIMERS:

  • Insurance systems are only valid if the booster is in control. If the customer logs in or does risky things mid-boost, insurance is voided.
  • Hardcore is very unforgiving and even the best boosters may have unlucky circumstances that cause an unforeseeable death. We encourage you to purchase these products if you understand the correlated risks, especially if you choose the basic insurance.

When it comes to classic, some classes are better than others. That's why we implemented the class selector even before our usual post-purchase information survey. We will let you pay less if you play a class that is considered "fast" and we will also reduce the ETA by the same amount, being 20%.

Unfortunately for some, this also has a negative effect on some classes like Warriors, where the price and ETA go up by 20%

There is a quick procedure to complete only on your first purchase!

Do I need to register in order to purchase an order?

Yes, as your account will gain discount points (“Blazing Points) to use in the future. Every purchase you make generates credit on your account that you can use to drop the price on the cart!

Therefore, you can either make an account through the Register button or you can follow the ‘Quick Registration’ procedure on our cart. With a few clicks, you’ll be all set.

What happens after I have paid?

The process is standardized across all games - once we have confirmed that the money has been received, we will send an automatic message with details about your order.

Our support then starts offering your order to the available roster and once a pro is found, we will create a conference on our Blazing Chat where you can coordinate with them about the start / completion of the order.

Who are your boosters?

  1. Our roster is made up of seasoned professionals and people who live and breathe the game. Not everyone can just join however - we have a strict hiring and testing policy, not to mention an entire department that spends time testing and performance checking our pro teams.

What is an ETA?

It is impossible for us to be completely sure about the length of your service, but we will always do our best to stay within the Estimated Time by asking all of our available pros and similar services!

We do not want to deceive you with an unrealistic delivery time; however, we also go out of our way to make sure your order is completed as quickly as possible. What is the VIP System? Do my purchases count?

  1. The VIP System has been introduced at Blazing to reward new and existing players with a slew of benefits based on their activity. Every single purchase counts, even if you haven't been purchasing from us in a while (all rewards are retroactive)."
  2. The VIP system works in such a way that you are generating points with every purchase. These points add up to your VIP level - every single level offers a different set of benefits which you unlock as you purchase more services.
  3. For now, the VIP System has 6 levels with added benefits to each. We are already working to improve and expand the system further in 2025 and beyond.

How can I get a refund?

You can read about Blazing's Refund Policy here. In a nutshell, you may request a refund if your order hasn't been started yet (no pro was assigned to it) and you have found some critical issue which has prevented you from completiting said order.
