2. After payment, share your character details and specialization in your BlazingChat order chat.

3. We’ll review your current gear, selected extras, and service requirements with you and confirm the equipment slots or item list covered by your package.

4. We’ll assign a suitable booster and arrange the service. With Selfplay, you play your character at the agreed times. With Piloted, the booster logs in to complete the agreed activities.

5. We’ll complete your agreed gear setup under our Gear Completion Policy. You can follow progress and request updates through your order chat.

Blue Dungeon Gear

Your service is complete when suitable Level 70 dungeon gear fills every agreed equipment slot for your character and specialization.

This package does not guarantee specific items or a Best-in-Slot item in every slot.

Full Pre-Raid BiS

We target the agreed pre-raid Best-in-Slot list for your character and specialization.

If an item proves difficult to obtain, we may propose a suitable alternative. Any replacement requires your confirmation before it counts toward completion of the agreed setup.

The three-additional-attempt rule for regular Phase 3 raid BiS items does not apply to this package.

Full Raid Gear

Your service is complete when suitable Epic items fill every agreed equipment slot for your selected character and specialization. This package provides a complete raid gear setup; it does not guarantee specific items or a BiS item in every slot.

BiS (Best in Slot)

We target the agreed Phase 3 BiS list for your character and specialization, including previous-tier items that remain BiS.

Dragonspine Trophy and Warglaives of Azzinoth are optional guaranteed extras. They are included only when selected in your order. The Warglaives extra covers both Main Hand and Off Hand for the selected character.

If you do not select these extras, the next-best alternatives for your specialization form part of your agreed setup from the start.

Farming continues across weekly raid resets, subject to the regular-item and guaranteed premium-item rules below.

Regular Phase 3 BiS Items: Additional Attempts and Replacements

When only one or two regular BiS items remain in your agreed setup, we make at least three additional eligible attempts for each missing item.

An eligible attempt means defeating the boss that drops the missing item. If two missing items come from the same raid, the same run can count toward both, provided their respective source bosses are defeated. Visiting a raid without defeating the relevant boss does not count.

This additional-attempt count begins once no more than two regular BiS items remain. Earlier kills do not count toward these additional attempts.

If an item still has not dropped after its additional attempts, we may complete that slot with the second-BiS alternative for your specialization.

For other difficult regular-item cases, we may discuss suitable alternatives and an individually assessed partial refund.

Guaranteed Premium Items

Premium items explicitly selected as guaranteed extras in your order, Dragonspine Trophy and/or both Warglaives of Azzinoth, are excluded from the regular-item replacement rule.

These selected extras have no fixed attempt limit and are not replaced with second-BiS alternatives. Farming continues until the selected item is obtained, or until both weapons are obtained for the Warglaives extra, unless the service ends through cancellation or an expansion transition as described below.

Premium extras are included only when selected. Otherwise, their agreed alternatives follow the regular-item completion rules.

Completion Time and Lockouts

Completion time depends on your package, character preparation, item drops, availability, and applicable dungeon or raid lockouts. Raid gearing may require multiple weekly resets. Estimates are not guaranteed completion dates.

Priority improves assignment, scheduling, and eligible preparation. It cannot increase drop chances or bypass lockouts.

Cancellation and Partial Refunds

You may request to stop the service before completion. Any partial refund is assessed individually, taking into account the work already completed and the remaining service value, under our Refund Policy.

There is no fixed refund amount per missing item.

New Phases and Expansion Changes

If a new phase launches before your order is complete, you may:

• Continue targeting the originally agreed gear list.

• Stop the service and receive an appropriate, individually assessed partial refund.

• Apply the remaining service value toward gearing from the new phase.

Moving to a new phase’s gear list requires an updated assessment. The remaining value may not cover the full revised price, and the completion estimate may change.

A new expansion marks a limit to the original farming commitment. If your order remains incomplete, we will review the completed work and remaining service value with you to arrange an appropriate partial refund or an agreed Blazing Points credit.

• Active WoW Subscription and Level 70 Character with Normal Flying (60%)

• Relevant dungeon and raid access requirements must be completed for the activities included in your selected package. Any missing preparation should be agreed with support before the service begins

• Mount Hyjal and Black Temple access is required for Full Raid Gear and Phase 3 BiS. If you need attunements, you can add the required services to your order

• Our Gear Completion Policy applies to your selected package, including its item replacement, cancellation, and phase or expansion-transition terms.
