Full Raid Gear provides a complete Epic raid setup using gear from Black Temple, Mount Hyjal, SSC, TK, and previous raids when needed. The exact items depend on your class and specialization.

BiS Gear provides a complete Phase 3 Best-in-Slot setup for your selected class and specialization. We follow trusted current BiS lists and may use items from previous raid tiers whenever they remain BiS in Phase 3.

Some Phase 3 BiS setups require exceptionally rare and valuable items. Dragonspine Trophy is included in the price for applicable classes, while Combat Rogue and Fury Warrior include Dragonspine Trophy and both Warglaives of Azzinoth.

These guaranteed items are automatically reflected in the displayed price.

Yes. When you select Combat Rogue or Fury Warrior, both Warglaives of Azzinoth are included as guaranteed items in the BiS Gear price.

They follow their guaranteed completion rules and are not replaced by a 2nd BiS alternative.

We continue farming BiS raid gear across weekly resets. If only ONE regular BiS item remains, we will make at least 3 additional attempts to obtain it.

If it still does not drop, we may complete that slot with its 2nd BiS alternative. For other difficult RNG situations, we will discuss the available options with you and may provide a partial refund when appropriate.

Guaranteed premium items such as Dragonspine Trophy and Warglaives of Azzinoth do not use this fallback policy.

If your selected gear package requires Black Temple or Mount Hyjal, your character must have the necessary raid access completed.

If you are not attuned yet, you can add the required Mount Hyjal and/or Black Temple Attunement to your order.

Yes. You can choose Selfplay, where you play your own character during the required activities, or Piloted, where our booster completes the service on your account.

For Piloted orders, we use additional account-sharing safety procedures throughout the service.

Raid gear is affected by weekly lockouts and RNG, so some Phase 3 BiS orders may require multiple raid resets.

Our team will complete all available progression as efficiently as possible, but rare raid drops cannot always be obtained within a single reset.

Priority speeds up booster assignment, scheduling, and eligible farming activities, helping us progress your order as quickly as possible.

However, Priority cannot bypass weekly raid lockouts or change item drop rates.
