The recommended Power Level requirements can be seen within the paragraph below and they will be required before purchasing their respective Ranks. Calamity Ops is a challenging PvE score-chase mode unlocked at Team Level 71+. Success depends on sharp routing, quick clears, and clean boss phases. Climbing the ranks boosts seasonal rewards and grants access to premium drops, which is the most efficient way to earn mythic loot without wasted attempts.

Specialist I - 64000 Power Level required
Specialist II - 66000 Power Level required
Expert I - 68000 Power Level required
Expert II - 70000 Power Level required
Master I - 72000 Power Level required
Master II - 74000 Power Level required
Higher ranks also requires your character to be able to defeat Shinkas and break Elemental Shields that are in rotation. Specially the Master I and Master II ranks.

SHERPA RULES

If you buy sherpa, please make sure that you meet the requirements for the specific rank that you want to reach, and that you've read the requirements for higher ranks like Master II.
The pro assigned to your order will assess whether you're ready or not, as well as recommend you anything that you may need to achieve that rank. If it's not doable at the moment with your specs and you don't want to wait, your order will be refunded, of course.
Because of the difficulty and the requirements for higher ranks like Master I and Master II, the booster will play for 3 hours max in Sherpa, as he can't keep trying forever.

MASTER II REQUIREMENTS

Master II requires a build/s with specific Characters, Artifacts and Power Level to be doable, the pro will assess whether you're ready or not, as well as recommend you anything that you may need to achieve that rank. If it's not doable at the moment with your specs and you don't want to wait, your order will be refunded, of course.
Master II also requires to keep a high enough score in the Leaderboard until the Calamity Ops cycle ends to be promoted. If enough players overtake your score in the Leaderboard you might drop out of the promotion zone, so we recommend scheduling the Master II runs for the end of the cycles to make sure you don't drop out the leaderboard and secure the promotion.
If you purchase Master I or Master II, please know there can be a waiting time. If you are okay to book your slot and have your order done in a few days, then feel free to buy! Your order WILL be completed, but sadly our ETAs are flexible. Everything will be faster in a few days when more boosters will feel more confident in taking Master orders.

How do we communicate?

Do I need to register in order to purchase an order?

Yes, as your account will gain discount points (“Blazing Points”) to use in the future. Every purchase you make generates credit on your account that you can use to drop the price on the cart!

Therefore, you can either make an account through the Register button or you can follow the ‘Quick Registration’ procedure on our cart. With a few clicks, you’ll be all set.

What happens after I have paid?

The process is standardized across all games - once we have confirmed that the money has been received, we will send an automatic message with details about your order.

Our support then starts offering your order to the available roster and once a pro is found, we will create a conference on our Blazing Chat where you can coordinate with them about the start / completion of the order.

Who are your boosters?

Our roster is made up of seasoned professionals and people who live and breathe the game. Not everyone can just join however - we have a strict hiring and testing policy, not to mention an entire department that spends time testing and performance checking our pro teams.
To add an additional layer of professionalism, our pros have to sign a contract and provide evidence of their performance and legitimacy (no hacks or 3rd party programs allowed - just pure, unadulterated, skill).

What is an ETA?

All of our services have an “Estimated Time of Arrival/Completion” or an ETA. It consists of the usual duration of the service which we have experienced with previous services of similar type. It is impossible for us to be completely sure about the length of your service, but we will always do our best to stay within the Estimated Time by asking all of our available pros and similar services!

What is the VIP System? Do my purchases count?

The VIP System has been introduced at Blazing to reward new and existing players with a slew of benefits based on their activity. Every single purchase counts, even if you haven't been purchasing from us in a while (all rewards are retroactive)."
The VIP system works in such a way that you are generating points with every purchase. These points add up to your VIP level - every single level offers a different set of benefits which you unlock as you purchase more services.
For now, the VIP System has 6 levels with added benefits to each. We are already working to improve and expand the system further in 2025 and beyond.

How can I get a refund?

You can read about Blazing's Refund Policy here. In a nutshell, you may request a refund if your order hasn't been started yet (no pro was assigned to it) and you have found some critical issue which has prevented you from completiting said order.
