Help section

What is included in the Zul'Aman Raid Boost?

Our team will clear all 6 Zul'Aman bosses, including Zul'jin. You'll receive at least 2 guaranteed Epic items or Full Loot Priority, depending on your selected Loot Rule.

What is the difference between x2 Epics Guaranteed and Full Loot Priority?

x2 Epics Guaranteed provides 2 Epic raid items of any type. Full Loot Priority gives you priority on eligible drops for your selected specialization, with at least 2 Epic items guaranteed. If the minimum is not met, we'll schedule a rerun.

Does Full Loot Priority guarantee specific BiS items?

No. Full Loot Priority reserves eligible drops for your spec, but specific items remain RNG-based. If your BiS includes gear from other armor types, please contact us before your run to confirm eligibility.

Is the Amani War Bear included?

The Amani War Bear is included only when you select the Amani War Bear Timed Run option. Our team will complete the 4-hostage timed challenge and reserve the mount for your character.

What happens if the Timed Run fails?

If the timed event is unsuccessful, we'll provide a free rerun after your Zul'Aman raid lockout resets. We'll continue until you receive the Amani War Bear.

Will I receive the extra loot from the Timed Run?

The timed event unlocks additional loot chests. Their rewards follow your selected Loot Rule, so specific bonus items are not guaranteed. The Amani War Bear is reserved for your character when the Timed Run option is selected.

How do Speed Options work?

Week 1 Guarantee schedules your initial clear for October 22-28. Week 1-2 covers October 22-November 4, while Week 3 covers November 5-11. Required loot or Timed Run reruns may take place after your selected window because of the raid lockout.

Do I need Zul'Aman attunement?

No. Zul'Aman requires no attunement. You only need an active WoW subscription, a Level 70 character, and an available raid lockout.

What happens after I have paid?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your order chat. Our support team will review your order details, selected options, and service requirements before assigning the most suitable booster. You can use the chat at any time to provide additional information, ask questions, or request an update.

Can I contact my booster and support during the service?

Yes. You can communicate with our support team and assigned booster through Blazing Chat. We will use the chat to arrange the service, request any necessary information, and keep you updated until your order is completed.

Will this order earn discounts and rewards?

Yes. Your order grants VIP XP and Seasonal Progress. VIP XP helps you unlock account benefits and future discounts, while Seasonal Progress can reward you with additional benefits, free services, and gifts according to the current program.

How can I request a refund?

You can always request a credit refund and use the balance toward another BlazingBoost service. A cash refund is also available if your order has not started yet and no pro has been assigned, or if the original ETA has been exceeded by more than 100%. We may also proactively offer a refund if there is an issue preventing your order from being completed.

You can read our Refund Policy, or contact our support team if you need help with your order.
