Help section

How does Zul'Aman Pay on Drop work?

You pay a 30€ deposit per selected item. If the item drops, you pay its remaining balance before receiving it. The full item prices are listed on this page.

Is my selected Zul'Aman item guaranteed?

Your selected item is reserved for you if it drops during an eligible run. However, loot is RNG-based, so obtaining a specific item in one raid attempt cannot be guaranteed.

What happens if my item does not drop?

You can continue farming on the next available Zul'Aman reset or receive the corresponding deposit back as Blazing Points.

How often can Zul'Aman items be farmed?

Zul'Aman has a 3-day raid lockout. Additional attempts depend on your character's available lockout and our raid schedule.

Can I select multiple Zul'Aman items?

Yes. You can select multiple eligible items. Each requires its own 30€ deposit, and the remaining balance is due separately for each item that drops.

Are Zul'Aman Timed Runs included?

Yes! Our teams will complete Zul'Aman Timed Runs whenever you select an item from the timed chests or the Amani War Bear. No additional Timed Run option is required.

Is the Amani War Bear included?

The Amani War Bear is only included if you specifically select it. Choosing a timed-chest item does not include the mount.

Do I need Zul'Aman attunement?

No. You only need an active WoW subscription, a Level 70 character, and an available Zul'Aman raid lockout.

What if the item I want is not listed?

Contact our support team with the exact Zul'Aman item you need. We can check its availability and provide a custom quotation.

What happens after I have paid?

Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive access to your order chat. Our support team will review your order details, selected options, and service requirements before assigning the most suitable booster. You can use the chat at any time to provide additional information, ask questions, or request an update.

Can I contact my booster and support during the service?

Yes. You can communicate with our support team and assigned booster through Blazing Chat. We will use the chat to arrange the service, request any necessary information, and keep you updated until your order is completed.

Will this order earn discounts and rewards?

Yes. Your order grants VIP XP and Seasonal Progress. VIP XP helps you unlock account benefits and future discounts, while Seasonal Progress can reward you with additional benefits, free services, and gifts according to the current program.

How can I request a refund?

You can always request a credit refund and use the balance toward another BlazingBoost service. A cash refund is also available if your order has not started yet and no pro has been assigned, or if the original ETA has been exceeded by more than 100%. We may also proactively offer a refund if there is an issue preventing your order from being completed.

You can read our Refund Policy, or contact our support team if you need help with your order.
