The Scale of the Sands do not have a standard quartermaster. Their main rewards are obtained through the Band of Eternity questline offered by Soridormi, while Jewelcrafting designs are sold by Indormi inside the Battle for Mount Hyjal entrance. How do I talk directly with your support?

Therefore, there is no need to use any 3rd party chat software, but:

Do I need to register before buying?
You can buy even without being logged in, but you are always asked to insert an email. In fact, your order will always be connected to a BlazingBoost account.
