The price paid at checkout is a deposit, not the full item price. If your item drops, you’ll pay the remaining balance before receiving it. If it doesn’t drop, you can continue the farm next reset or receive your deposit back as Blazing Points.

How it works
- 1. Pay the deposit → 2. We farm your selected item → 3. Pay the rest only if it drops.
- Make sure you are aware of the full price of the items. You can check them here or ask our support.
- For the Full BiS Gear Package, we will prioritise Raid Gear (if existing) and keep farming every week until you have BIS. When you lack just ONE item, we will do 3+ attempts, and if it doesn't drop, the service is completed when we give you the 2nd BIS item.
In cases where certain BiS items do not drop but strong alternatives are available, we will discuss the options with you and provide a partial refund if appropriate, with the goal of completing the service fairly without keeping your account tied up for months due to bad RNG.

- A 30€ deposit is required for each selected item. If the item drops, you’ll be asked to pay the remaining balance. For example, if the full price is 200€, you would pay 170€ after the drop. If the item does not drop, you can continue the farm next week or receive your deposit back as Blazing Points.

How do I talk directly with your support?

Do I need to register before buying?
You can buy even without being logged in, but you are always asked to insert an email. In fact, your order will always be connected to a BlazingBoost account. - The Seasonal Rewards / Battle Pass system grants you EXTRA gifts and benefits in your favourite game. If you spend 200€ in a game, for example, you could expect a free service or similar. We are very proud to be the first website in the industry to offer you gifts with such a system.
Who are your boosters?
- In general, every booster is tested multiple times per month and must sign a contract and verify their identity with us. No randoms.
- All boosters must show us to be now, or have been recently, in the top 1-3% of the game's leaderboards for their area of interest. For solo farming activities, the booster must prove to be fast and reliable before joining our roster.
- All orders must be completed manually, without any cheats or hacks, of course. Our supply management team constantly monitors every order and every booster to make sure your service is as safe as possible.

When will my service be completed?
All of our services have an ETA, corresponding to an estimated completion and/or start time. Our admins update ETAs according to recent statistics. No false promises or lies!
However, we go out of our way to make sure your order is completed as quickly as possible, so even faster than the ETA. As soon as we see your order, all of our pros can apply to complete it, and we will also proactively message our most active and trusted players. After many years in business, we have developed lots of systems to start quickly, keep you updated, and compensate you in case of delays. Also, fast boosters are paid more and given extra rewards, ensuring they are incentivized to finish ASAP.
How can I get a refund?
Firstly, you can always transform your order into something else through a credit refund. Secondly, you can receive a cash refund if your order hasn't been started yet (no pro was assigned to it), or if the ETA has been doubled.
