With the item guarantee service, we guarantee ANY type of raid loot that your character can use. The raid team will try not to give you items that are equal or worse than your current gear of course, but this may be a bit hard to control if your desired loot does not drop or if you are very well geared.
If you want to target a specific item to push your BiS gear set, we encourage you to let your booster know. In many occasions, it is possible to organise a raid around your request and try to reserve that item for you, but it may not drop and we may have to give you another item
If you ONLY want a specific item(s) and nothing else, contact us and we will offer you a custom service and price to ensure you are boosted until THAT item drops. Usually, we offer systems with a partial refund if the item drops early, so if the RNG gods bless you, you can pay less!
Bonus loot rolls do NOT count as a guaranteed item. You will still receive the same number of items that you bought, despite the bonus roll

Do I need to register in order to purchase an order?
