- Siege of Orgrimmar Heroic is not a push-over raid. Piloted runs currently have better availability. In case of delays, failed attempts, or any other difficulty, we’ll review the situation and provide a fair proportional refund and compensation when applicable.
- This service is focused on Tier 16 Set acquisition, not a guaranteed 14/14 Heroic clear. Depending on the selected slots, the run may include only the bosses that drop the required Tier 16 tokens.
- As with every Account Sharing service, please be wary of the associated risks. Minimizing account sharing activity is always a great idea. A VPN helps but it may not be bulletproof. How do I talk directly with your support?

Therefore, there is no need to use any 3rd party chat software, but:

Do I need to register before buying?
