Best Profession to go with Engineering in Pandaria
The best one to pair with Engineering is none other than mining. Getting additional ores will help you have enough resources to progress through your profession without needing to spend much gold. Here’s the guide for Mining. You can find it here.
Leveling Engineering in Pandaria
The best way to level this profession is going to be analyzed in the upcoming parts of this article. Min-maxing your way through it will help you achieve the progress you want in no time!
500-550
Some of these mats will later help you progress further, so you can keep them. Focus on getting to 550 as fast as you can. Here’s what you will need to craft:
- x25 Ghost Iron Bolts require 75 Ghost Iron Bar
- x15 High-Explosive Gunpowder, which requires 15 Ghost Iron Bar
- In case you miss a bit to reach 550, make a few G91 Landshark
550-554
This one will not require much as it’s only 4 Skill Points. Here’s what you’ll need to do:
- x4 Tinker’s Kit, which requires 8 High-Explosive Gunpowder, 8 Ghost Iron Bolts, and 8 Windwool Cloth
554-579
This one will have a bit higher items in the crafting pool as you need more skill points. You’ll need far more materials, and here’s what you need to craft:
- x5 Ghost Iron Dragonling, which requires 20 High-Explosive Gunpowder, 40 Ghost Iron Bolts, and 60 Windwool Cloth
579-580
You’ll need just one item, and it is the Tinker’s Kit, which requires 2 High-Explosive Gunpowder, 2 Ghost Iron Bolts, and 2 Windwool Cloth.
580-595
You can pick from a few items, depending on your resources or gold. There are 3 ways you can go, each will get you enough to reach 595:
- x22 Thermal Anvil, which requires 176 High-Explosive Gunpowder and 132 Ghost Iron Bolts
- x3 Mist-Piercing Goggles, which require 24 Ghost Iron Bolts and 6 Spirit of Harmony
- x3 Lord Blastington’s Scope of Doom, which requires 54 Ghost Iron Bolts, 6 Primordial Ruby, and 3 Spirit of Harmony
595-600
The last push will only need you to pick one of the items from above, mainly Mist-Piercing Goggles or Lord Blastington’s Scope of Doom, and craft them to finish the profession and reach 600!
