FFXIV Phantom Weapons Relic can be obtained by farming Demiatma Aether Crystals. These are random drops from FATEs and Critical Encounters in The Occult Crescent: South Horn. Alternatively, they can be obtained as random drops from FATEs in Dawntrail zones: Urqopacha, Kozama'uka, Yak T'el, Shaaloani, Heritage Found, and Living Memory.
