ETA short for (Estimated time of arrival) is a time in which a boost is usually completed. It is calculated based on our expectations and previous experiences. However, we are sometimes forced to apply a certain degree of tolerance in case servers lag too much; especially on release day, this also applies in the first 2-3 weeks after the initial release of Endwalker. Too many people leveling at once can make a quest hub impossible to go through, or it can be impossible to log due to increased queue time, which can heavily affect the estimated delivery time of your service.
Please note that delays are a very rare occurrence.
In general, our specific refund policy obliges us to refund you partially in cash (or in Credit, with a bonus) according to the levels that are not done once the ETA expires. This can certainly be done if it’s clear that it's the booster’s own fault and server lag is not slowing him down.
Leveling in Final Fantasy XIV like in other MMOs can be quite time consuming, whether you're looking to complete the Main Story Quests or to level an alt Job. Leveling boosts are perfect in such cases, since they can help you save time, skip the tedious and repetitive parts of the game and reach the endgame content faster.
After you place an order, we'll need to get in touch directly on Discord. There we'll confirm the information related to the boost with you. In case of a piloted boost you can tell us if you'd like us to use a VPN. Once that is sorted we'll start looking for a first available booster for your order and let you know as soon as we have one assigned. We'll coordinate the play times with you and the booster and you can always let us know if you want to schedule the play time around a specific time frame. It's important to note that you don't lose access to your account and you can play whenever you want, just let us know so we can coordinate with the booster.
