HOW IT WORKS

  1. Select your desired amount of Riot Points and server.
  2. After purchasing, you can fill your order information, including the skins or in game loot you were aiming for. This means our suppliers will know what they have to gift to you.
  3. After receiving your order, all of our suppliers will be messaged within a few minutes. Usually, we can start the friend-request process within a few hours. 7 days after you and our supplier are friends, you can receive your desired skin. 
  4. Once the form is filled, you will be given a link to our Discord server (it will display "messages failed to load" - that's intended) as well as our account's Discord tag.

  • You need a LoL account of at least level 10 (not restricted or banned)
  • We do not send you RP, but the skins or loot that you were targeting to purchase with the RP
  • There is a mandatory 7 days waiting time for the delivery to occur, as the game requires you and our supplier to be friends for 7 days. After assigning your order, we cannot issue a refund because of this waiting time. It is simply part of the delivery system. 
  • At certain times of the day, our suppliers may be sleeping or less active. Therefore, there are portions of the day where we complete a lot of orders that were bought overnight or during slower activity periods.
  • If you purchase an amount of RP that is not sufficient to purchase your targeted skin, we cannot proceed with the delivery. Please make sure to order enough RP to purchase your desired loot.

What happens after purchasing?

After purchasing, our system will ask you to insert your contact information and some other details (your Discord, Email, and Server). There are also some optional fields such as 'Note' if you have a specific comment or request, or your 'Whatsapp Number'. As soon as we see your order in our panel, we will immediately contact our pros and inform them of your purchase; we will then assign the order and create a group conference with you on Discord, where you can play.

How long will the order take? What is an ETA?

An ETA is an estimate of how long the order should take under normal conditions. We love being honest with our customer base – it is impossible for us to be exactly sure about the length of your service, but we will always do our best to stay within the estimate by contacting all of our available boosters as soon as we receive your order!

What is your refund policy?

As a short sum up, you can always ask for a cash refund if:

  1. our order is unsuccessful or is taking too long (having greatly surpassed the ETA, for example).
  2. We have not assigned your order yet or organized anything for it to start. If you want to change service (even during its completion or after its assignment), we always offer Credit refunds so that you can choose something else.
