TIPS & ADVICES FOR EXTRA SAFETY
For the Selfplay version, we do not have any extra tips. Great choice already!
If you choose the Piloted version, we will protect you as much as possible with a VPN. From your side, you can minimize account sharing activity and not attract unwanted attention. That's always a good practice.

- If your service is Piloted, before every session, the booster will make sure to be online on his VPN. We can also show you screenshots before logging, proving that we are connecting to a location as close to you as possible.

Useful Tips
- Show up on scheduled times for oyur playing sessions with your coaches; our professional pvp players will do the same! Good time management, together with proper committment from both parties is essential to have a good experience. In case of constant delays or scheduling problems, inform us and we will find another team that suits your schedule.
- We may not be able to cover every single combo with the highest levels of coaching (example: specific combo in US 3v3 with Celebrity Pros). If you agree to downgrade the skill level of one of the two coaches or both, you will receive a refund equal to the difference in price. If you do not want to downgrade the service, you are eligible for a full refund if we cannot assign the service.
- If you experience issues with our coach(es), please inform us immediately so we can find someone else for you. Refunds for completed hours are difficult unless there is undeniable proof (such as a recording / video) of poor performance; if that's the case, we will usually reset the hours or give you free time with another team according to the circumstance.
Who are our coaches?
- Rank 1 players have earned at least a R1 title in the last 1-2 years.
- Tournament players earn Rank 1 easily and participate to competitions - this means they are more experienced and perform better.
- Celebrity Pros are the best of the best (Blizzcon winners, PvP celebrities, or super top rated people in the current season). Every single minute will be worth it with these players.

- As a general rule, Coaching services do not guarantee you any rating or particular titles. Please understand how we have no idea how experienced you are in PvP and we don't know how far can our professional players help you in the ladder. We can assure you we will grant you players of great performance - if that isn't the case, let us know right away so that we can reassign you to a better comp/group.
- BlazingBoost's core policy is to always inform our customers of any service risk we may be aware of. We also suggest the best industry practices so you can make informed decisions and increase your safety level - which is why we always recommend Selfplay. In fact, VPNs help but they cannot be bulletproof if Blizzard decides to inspect these services. Do I need to register in order to purchase an order?
Yes, as your account will gain discount points (“Blazing Points”) to use in the future. Every purchase you make generates credit on your account that you can use to drop the price on the cart!
Therefore, you can either make an account through the Register button or you can follow the ‘Quick Registration’ procedure on our cart. With a few clicks, you’ll be all set.
What happens after I have paid?
The process is standardized across all games - once we have confirmed that the money has been received, we will send an automatic message with details about your order.
Our support then starts offering your order to the available roster and once a pro is found, we will create a conference on our Blazing Chat where you can coordinate with them about the start / completion of the order.
Who are your boosters?
- Our roster is made up of seasoned professionals and people who live and breathe the game. Not everyone can just join however - we have a strict hiring and testing policy, not to mention an entire department that spends time testing and performance checking our pro teams.
- To add an additional layer of professionalism, our pros have to sign a contract and provide evidence of their performance and legitimacy (no hacks or 3rd party programs allowed - just pure, unadulterated, skill).
- You can expect to find players and teams who have played/are playing in top guilds as well as individuals who have <1% scores in PvP activities.
What is an ETA?
All of our services have an “Estimated Time of Arrival/Completion” or an ETA. It consists of the usual duration of the service which we have experienced with previous services of similar type. It is impossible for us to be completely sure about the length of your service, but we will always do our best to stay within the Estimated Time by asking all of our available pros and similar services!
We do not want to deceive you with an unrealistic delivery time; however, we also go out of our way to make sure your order is completed as quickly as possible. As soon as we see your order, all of our pros can apply to complete it, and we will also proactively message our most active and trusted players. After many years in business, we have developed lots of systems to start quickly, keep you updated, and compensate you in case of delays.
What is the VIP System? Do my purchases count?
- The VIP System has been introduced at Blazing to reward new and existing players with a slew of benefits based on their activity. Every single purchase counts, even if you haven't been purchasing from us in a while (all rewards are retroactive)."
- The VIP system works in such a way that you are generating points with every purchase. These points add up to your VIP level - every single level offers a different set of benefits which you unlock as you purchase more services.
- For now, the VIP System has 6 levels with added benefits to each. We are already working to improve and expand the system further in 2025 and beyond.
How can I get a refund?
You can read about Blazing's Refund Policy here. In a nutshell, you may request a refund if your order hasn't been started yet (no pro was assigned to it) and you have found some critical issue which has prevented you from completiting said order.
