Refund Policy & RNG Protection

Mythic+ trinket drops are affected by RNG, so the selected item cannot be guaranteed within a fixed number of runs. To keep the service fair, we use the following RNG Protection policy:

  • If your selected trinket drops within the first 2 attempts, you will receive a 20% refund in Blazing Points.
  • If the trinket does not drop after 5 attempts, the service is considered complete.
  • If you still need the trinket, you can continue with another 7 attempts at 30% off.

What happens if my trinket does not drop after 5 attempts?

If your selected trinket does not drop after 5 attempts, the service is considered complete. You can then purchase another 7 attempts at 30% off. If the trinket drops within your first 2 attempts, you will receive a 20% refund in Blazing Points.

Which Mythic+ key level should I choose?

Choose Mythic +6 for the lowest-cost option, Mythic +8 for a higher item-level version, or Mythic +10 for the highest item level available through this service.

Higher key levels also let you skip upgrade steps and save Mistcrests. A +8 trinket starts at Hero 2/6 instead of Hero 1/6, while a +10 trinket starts at Hero 3/6, reducing the upgrades needed later. The selected key level affects the potential item level of the trinket, not its drop chance.
