One of our Solo Shuffle pros, of your same class, will watch you play Solo Shuffle and give you live tips and guidance. The service is priced per game, so that you only pay for the actual game spectating and not for queue times.
Imagine you're a Holy Paladin against a Rogue. Our pro can call the time when you should use your Hand of Sacrifice to avoid a Blind, or when to save your BoP against an incoming Kidney-bomb setup. You will literally win games because of these calls.

Useful Tips for a successful Shuffle Push
- Make sure to always schedule a time to complete the session with our pros, when you are relaxed and focused. Our players will do the same! Good time management, together with proper commitment from both parties is essential to have a good experience. In case of constant delays or scheduling problems, inform us and we will find another pro that suits your schedule. Our support is always able to help.
- If you experience issues with our coach(es), please inform us immediately so we can find someone else for you. Refunds for completed sessions are difficult unless there is undeniable proof (such as a recording/video) of poor performance; if that's the case, we will usually reset the hours or give you free time with another team according to the circumstance.
- Ensure your character is well prepared to play Shuffle (Conquest Gear, UI setup, and more). If you need, our pro can grant you some tips during the service on how to optimize your character.

Requirements & Rules
- Our pro may ask you to queue at prime time in order to reduce the queueing times.
- With this service, you are paying for a set of games (6 rounds each) to be live spectated. Therefore, our pro is not required to be on voice with you or actively coach you during Shuffle queue times. If you want our pro to coach you during queues, you can add 1 or 2 hours of coaching in between through Extra Options.
- As a general rule, this service cannot guarantee any rating or amount of wins.

Do I need to register in order to purchase an order?
