HOW IT WORKS
- Before purchasing, you can choose your region, the Coaching tier, and customize your order. For instance, you can add more hours, or choose when to push Gladiator.
- Road to Gladiator includes an amount of hours that should be enough for you to get Gladiator. Once the goal is achieved, the service is over. If the hours have expired and you have not reached Gladiator yet, you can add more hours from our standard 3v3 Coaching service.
- Your coaches are getting paid when you get Gladiator. This means they have an incentive in winning fast. If the service is over in less hours, it's gg! They adopt all strategies to make you learn and win games. This is why this product is successful.
- After purchasing, we need you to kindly provide us your order information through the automated survey (such as your class, for an example).

Best Suggestions to get Gladiator
Through the years, we have helped hundreds of players to Gladiator with this product. With so much experience under our belt, we know exactly how to maximize your success chances.
- Do not wait until super late season. Pros may be booked and prices may fluctuate. For a relaxed and controlled Road to Glad, you should either preorder or book when there are 1-2 months left before the season ends.
- Play a class where you can confidently earn around 1800/2000 rating in Solo Shuffle or 3v3. Our team cannot win games 2v3 all the time! You need to contribute a bit, especially when games get tougher at 2400-2500 MMR.
- After meeting your 3v3 team, you can start asking how the ladder is feeling, and when is the best moment to push 3v3. In the meanwhile, you should practice in 3v3 or Solo Shuffle, watch streams, be in shape, and know how to play the comp (as much as possible).
- Make sure to always schedule a time to play at with our pros, when you are relaxed and focused. Our players will do the same! Good time management, together with proper committment from both parties is essential to have a good experience. In case of constant delays or scheduling problems, inform us and we will find another team that suits your schedule. Our support is always able to help.
- Be patient - real team synergy kicks in after a couple of hours. If you aren't feeling it, inform us. In order not to waste your service time, we will find another team ASAP.
The value of a Personal Teacher
Let's make a practical example! If you play Priest and want to push Gladiator, a good and ever lasting comp may be RMP (Rogue-Mage-Priest). If you decide to use your 2 Personal Teacher hours, your teacher will be a pro Priest, part of your same group chat with your 3v3 team. In general, our Priest can help you maximize your character with a lot of tips on how to play RMP as a healer.
You can also use the Personal Teacher part of the package in a way where your teacher live spectates you as you play 3v3 with your Mage & Rogue. Imagine if a long CC chain is coming and your pro tells you to run away a few yards - these small plays can make a big difference at 2400 rating. You'll need it.
You can also receive feedback on your recorded Arena footage (before, or after you start the 3v3 push with your Blazing assigned team). We really want you to get Gladiator and we know that a pro of your class is really helpful. Getting completely carried is not always possible!

REFUND RULES
- As a general rule, Coaching services cannot guarantee you any rating or particular titles. Please understand how we have no idea how experienced you are in PvP and we don't know how far can our professional players help you in the ladder. We can assure you we will grant you players of great performance - if that isn't the case, let us know right away so that we can reassign you to a better comp / group!
- If you have not earned Gladiator at the end of the allotted time, we cannot guarantee you a refund. You can, however, add more time (example: 2 hours) and finish the push with a custom price.
- If you are unhappy about the service's progress, please inform us immediately. In general, refunds for completed hours are difficult, unless there is undeniable proof (such as a recording / video) of poor performance; if that's the case, we could reset part of the hours or give you free time with another team according to the circumstance.
- We may not be able to cover every single combo with the highest levels of coaching (example: specific combo in US 3v3 with Celebrity Pros). If you agree to downgrade the skill level of one of the two coaches or both, you will receive a refund equal to the difference in price. If you do not want to downgrade the service, you are eligible for a full refund if we cannot assign the service.
IN GAME REQUIREMENTS
- You should be fully Conquest geared! It is in your interest to use your hours with your character being as maximized as possible. This will certainly impact the success chance of your Gladiator push.
- The War Within Expansion & active WoW Subscription
Due to extremely high supply cost in the whole industry, this service has a lower value for your Seasonal (our Battle Pass) system progress in this game. For each 1 EUR/USD spent, you will gain 0.25 progress in our Seasonal system. Seasonal gifts and free services have a cost for us, and we cannot sustain them if you gain progress with products that have a very thin margin.

What happens after I have paid?
Once your order has been purchased, you will receive a chat confirmation from our support. Our boosters will start applying to take your order, and our support will choose the booster that fits you best. In the meanwhile, we can always chat 24/7 to answer any question or doubt you may have.
Can I talk with my booster?
Yes, always. You will constantly be in touch with our assigned booster through a group chat, and our support will be present to monitor the conversation. If you need quick help or intervention, you can message us directly or ping our support in the order chat.
How do I talk directly with your support?
There's many ways to communicate with us, the fastest being our website livechat, called the Blazing Chat. You can access it from the bottom right of your screen. We are online 24/7/365 with no downtime, and you can message us even now if you want!
Therefore, there is no need to use any 3rd party chat software, but:
- If you wish, you can synchronize your Blazingchat profile with your Discord or Telegram personal account, so you can chat with us from your favourite apps. It's very easy, just follow the instructions or browse the settings menu on the chat; or ask our support if you need help with it.

Do I need to register before buying?
You can buy even without being logged in, but you are always asked to insert an email. In fact, your order will always be connected to a BlazingBoost account. Who are your boosters?
- In general, every booster is tested multiple times per month and must sign a contract and verify their identity with us. No randoms.
