In 2022, specifically towards the end of Shadowlands, we noticed a very high surge of suspensions and bans for services that we had always considered safe. 1. The BlazingChat. It's our own chat software that allows us to fully support you in a way that was never possible before. Even if we still check our Discord account, we are fully focusing on using our Chat. Discord is unfortunately not made for e-commerce and it cannot sustain a lot of contacts, a lot of simultaneously logged operators, and more. It slowed us down a lot. If you try us again now, you will notice a big difference.
   Note: the BlazingChat can be integrated with Discord and/or Telegram, so you can actually be notified on your favourite apps!

Here’s a quick rundown of how to navigate the site, from the front page, to the post-purchase screen:

• Firstly, you will need to navigate to the game of your choice, which, since you’re reading this, you’ve already done.
• Check through the Category icons at the top of the screen, and their respective dropdown menus. Look for anything that sounds like it would house the service you’re looking for.
• If you can’t find it there, no worries, you can try directly searching for it through the little search box right above.
• Once you find your service, you can start customizing your order.  You can add other products with a discount, add more priority or speed, choose your server, and more. 
• If you're set, you can proceed to our Cart, where you can choose your preferred payment method, and whether you’d like to use any of your Blazing Points or a Discount Code to reduce the order’s price.
• After you’re done with that, you’ll be redirected to the Post Purchase page where you can fill your order information (such as your character's armory link, or similar). That's when you can start chatting with our support and your assigned pro.

Most of our services are still completed in one of two formats:

• Account Sharing
• Selfplay

We've always strongly advertised the Selfplay mode of service completion, as this does not involve Account Sharing of any kind, instead allowing you to play side by side with your elite team of WoW boosters, a professional Coach in a PvP mode, or a whole Raid team, if that’s more your fancy. This is all in an effort to protect your account, as Blizzard has always targeted Account Sharing in certain expansions and/or periods.

Note that the nature and severity of these suspensions largely depends on what you purchase. For example, a Honor Farming or Leveling service attracts less attention than a Gladiator Arena boost in account sharing. Our support can, in fact, guide you towards the safest version of any service, so that you can make informed decisions. 

Lastly, we have recently introduced a new concept: "Training Plans". These are 100% safe services that do not break any Terms of Service. They are fully focused on your learning experience, making sure you become a better player as you learn game mechanics.

In general, every order has got an ETA, which stands for Estimated Time of Arrival or Completion. 

These are estimates according to our average order speed for the specific service you are browsing. In many cases we are a lot faster than the ETA, especially if you buy at peak time when more players are online and ready to jump on your service immediately.

If the ETA is doubled, you are immediately eligible for a refund or a compensation according to what has not been completed yet.

Rest assured that our professional players take ETAs very seriously and do their best to meet them, as they could get paid more or earn bonuses according to their speed.

These are the core refund rules on our website:

1. Before the service is organised or started, you can always change your mind and ask for a full cash refund, which we are obliged to accept
2. When the order is started, you can change it into something else whenever you want, with a Credit (Blazing Points) refund
3. When an order is in process but has a delay or a problem (not caused by you) that doesn't allow us to complete it, we can always refund you in cash
4. When an order is taking longer than expected but is still progressing, we evaluate the matter with you and calculate a compensation according to the delay.
5. When an order is still not completed after the ETA is doubled, we must refund you in cash for the part of the service that is still not completed, if the delay is caused by us or by the booster. 

Certain services may have different refund rules, such as Gladiator or Rank 1 services that take a whole season, or high Mythic+ keys that are hard to complete in time if you are not participating.
