About The Tidebound Grotto Raid Boost
The Tidebound Grotto is the new single-boss lair raid that'll be arriving with Season 2 of Midnight, Patch 12.1. During the first season of Midnight, players would look out past the edges of Zul'Aman at a mist-covered land mass at the end of a giant, broken bridge, wondering what might be over there. If you tried to fly over you'd get booted back to shore, meaning it was completely inaccessible, until now.
As it turns out, the new Lair Boss, the naga Nymrissa Wavecaller, has been the one stirring up the mists stopping us from making our way to the new zone of Atal'Utek. Unlike a full eight-boss Raid, the Grotto only has Nymrissa as its only encounter, other than a couple packs of trash mobs. Being a one-boss Raid, it'll likely be a really good way to get quick loot or break through into Heroic or even Mythic raiding, as was the case last season with the Dreamrift. With way less of a time investment and a big chance to get good loot, it's looking like the Tidebound Grotto will be another great way to gear come Season 2. In fact, it'll be even better this time around since The Tidebound Grotto will feature a flexible raid size for Mythic, not one fixed at 20 members. The more people you're raiding with, the more loot you'll get, but the harder Nymrissa will hit.
If you were around back in Cataclysm and liked Vashj'ir, then you'll love Nymrissa. Being a naga, she will be throwing around a lot of big water-themed AoEs and pulling in waves of murloc adds during burn phases, which makes it seem like this'll definitely be a positioning and CC-heavy fight rather than a simple tank-and-spank. She scakles across four difficultiies, those being World, Normal, Heroic and Mythic. In standard Raid convention, killing her on every difficulty still yields a chance at increasingly better loot, and more importantly, set piece drops. Grinding out four kills could potentially net you tons of fast gear, not to mention adding to the Raid row of your Great Vault.
However, the same issue that has been plaguing any kind of group content for years at this point is still very much present: forming groups. PUGs are notoriously brittle and liable to fall apart at the first wipe, when half your dpses stand in puddles and die, or when the tank's computer randomly catches fire, that is, if you even get into a group with how elitist LFG can be these days. No Mythic clear of all of last season's raids? Say goodbye to that invite.
Or, you could say 'hello' to our The Tidebound Grotto Raid Boost to forget all of that annoying hassle and skip right to looting Nymrissa for those sweet, sweet set peieces. We'll get you matched up with an organized, professional raiding team that can clear the Grotto without breaking a sweat on any difficulty, be it a relaxed Normal clear or a full Mythic Nymrissa Wavecaller kill, which would give you both that big Achievement and the chance to get your hands on some of the best loot in the entire game.
Our The Tidebound Grotto carries are fully customisable. All you need to do is take your pick of difficulty and choose between Selfplay, where you play your own character alongside our team, or Piloted, where one of our boosters clears it for you through a secure VPN. Everything is done by hand by professional raiders, and every run counts toward your Great Vault and any raid achievements tied to the encounter. If you're after a quick, no-stress way to slot a WoW Midnight raid boost into your weekly routine, or you just want that Nymrissa Wavecaller kill off your to-do list, we're here to make it happen.
If that sounds like something you'd be interested in, or if you have any other questions, you can reach out to our 24/7 Customer Support Team through that little button in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, and they'll help you get set right up!
All of them! From World and Normal through Heroic and Mythic. Mythic is flexible this time around, so we can run it with a much bigger group, and thus get much more and much better loot from every kill!
The service gets you the kill and the loot chances that come with it, and you can boost those chances by adding guaranteed items or a loot priority option. Exact drops depend on WoW's group loot system, but with a priority setup you'll walk away with far more than a random pickup group would ever hand you.
Both! Choose Selfplay to raid on your own character alongside our team, or Piloted to have one of our boosters clear the Nymrissa Wavecaller fight for you through a secure VPN.
The Tidebound Grotto is a single-boss lair raid added in Patch 12.1 and Midnight Season 2, hidden beneath the tides of Atal'Utek. The only boss is Nymrissa Wavecaller, a naga sorceress, and clearing her counts toward the Raid row of your Great Vault just like a full raid boss would.
