Curios are your “gem” sockets that you apply once you enter delves, however, they’re not applied to you, but your companion inside the aforementioned instance. These curios give you all sorts of different utilities or abilities, enhance your performance, or give you more sustain, depending on what you’ve picked. All Curios available in Season 2 Delves Tier 8+
We’ll first list all the curios that can be obtained and explain what each one does and how efficient it can be for your runs. There is a total of 7 curios for both Utility and Combat types.
Combat curios:
- Goblomagnetic Bouncing Grenade – You can throw a bouncing grenade that can stun all enemies in its range.
- Mechasaur EZ-Build Kit – Your Brann’s Devilsaur’s egg ability will be enhanced once applied.
- Automatic Footbomb Dispenser – This one can drop two bombs that can be thrown at the enemies.
- Impact Conversion Matrix – This one converts all your damage into stats.
- Pinged Augment Chip – It will increase your Brann’s HP, damage, and healing, however, it’ll spawn an add-killing mechanic.
- Reverse Engineered Goblin Death Bomb – It’s a healing bomb that knocks enemies back.
- Pocket Factory – Creates turrets.
Utility curios:
- Kaja’Cola Carrier – It will allow you to collect various buffs based on Kaja’Cola type.
- Biofuel Rocket Gear – You will get buffed movement speed and Haste.
- L00T RAID-R – This one will show mislaid Curios and will increase full-health enemies' damage received.
- Comically Large Magnet – It grants a shield to the player.
- Pacifist Rig – It will drop a rig that can CC enemies.
- Three-Dimensional Bioprinter – Creates a copy of an Elite enemy.
- Overdrive Pylon – It’ll grant you both damage and healing buffs.
Best Curios for DPS Brann for Tier 8+
The following curios are the most useful for your DPS Brann. This is a DPS spec that’s usually run together if you’re playing a tank, as it can apply solid damage and add on top of your tank damage. This’ll make your runs go far more efficiently and will be done almost as fast as if you were playing a DPS yourself, but you will be far more tankier in the instance.
- Combat: Pinged Augment Chip - It will make your Brann far stronger, and it’ll heal more over time.
- Utility: Biofuel Rocket Gear - Increases your movement speed and haste, making it very useful.
Another really useful one is L00T RAID-R due to its good use to loot items, as it’ll easily show you discarded curios. So if you need some extra XP for your Brann, this is a good alternative to take into consideration!
Best Curios for Tank Brann for Tier 8+
Tank is a new addition for Brann in season 2, making him a good option for people who tend to heal and play a more supportive role. It will bring lots of sustain with some solid damage, making healing a bit more interesting than it was in Season 1, as it was generally slower. You can apply heals to even further strengthen your Brann, making it far more efficient to play as a healer in this season. The following Curios are usually the best options:
- Combat: Mechasaur EZ-Build Kit - This will make your egg far stronger, and it synergizes well with the tank.
- Utility: L00T RAID-R - The extra HP on top of giving you an easy look around where the Mislaid Curios can be found is very useful!
Best Curios for Healer Brann for Tier 8+
This role is usually used when you play a DPS, as it makes pulling bigger packs far easier and safer. This will let you utilize your Defensives and Offensives far more easily, as you will not have to always worry about getting popped instantly, if played correctly. The following Curios will assist you the most in providing a smoother experience and give you that missing little addition to power.
- Combat: Pinged Augment Chip - Same as the one before, it’ll make your Brann far more useful!
- Utility: Overdrive Pylon - This one will also apply a similar effect, despite being in the utility tab. You can also use L00T RAID-R, similarly to the other two roles, it can be very useful, if you do require it.
