- If you're looking to get guaranteed Myth 1/6 track gear at the end of the dungeon, you need to select the One-Shot Deathless Hardmode option. Starting & completion ETA may be increased as we have to form a group of characters that still have the Street Smart buff active (all 5 players must have it active until the dungeon is completed), which expires upon death. After two failed clears over two weeks, you're eligible to be refunded the full price of the service in website credit.

How do I talk directly with your support?

Therefore, there is no need to use any 3rd party chat software, but:

Do I need to register before buying?
You can buy even without being logged in, but you are always asked to insert an email. In fact, your order will always be connected to a BlazingBoost account.
