Dungeon Buffs - K’areshi Surge & Waystones
One of the unique features in Eco-Dome Al’dani during The War Within Patch 11.2 is the set of temporary buffs you can pick up while progressing through the dungeon. These bonuses give your group a noticeable edge in both boss fights and trash pulls, and especially in M+ runs.
K’areshi Surge
- Found as K’areshi banners placed throughout the dungeon.
- When activated, grants the entire party increased damage and movement speed for a limited time.
- The effect applies to all players within range.
Best used before high-threat trash packs or during critical boss phases to maximize value. In Mythic+, time your banner activation with group burst cooldowns (Bloodlust/Heroism/Time Warp) to get the biggest possible damage spike during dangerous moments.
Waystones
- Special teleportation stones located in different sections of Eco-Dome Al’dani.
- Allow the group to quickly travel between cleared areas, cutting down on downtime after wipes. In Mythic+, using Waystones after a tough boss is a great way to save precious minutes on your timer.
Trash Mobs in Eco-Dome Al’dani Dungeon
Ignoring the trash mobs in Eco-Dome Al’dani without considering their abilities can result in a rapid wipe for the group, particularly when tackling TWW Season 3 Mythic+ keys. It is crucial to understand which abilities to interrupt, avoid, and prioritize in order to succeed.
Before Azhiccar
- Invading / Frenzied / Overgorged Mites – leap with Engorge, Overgorged casts Gorge, on death DoT. Stack, kick Gorge, AoE fast.
- Ravaging Scavenger – heals & enrages under 50%. Soothe/Tranq it.
- Voracious Gorger – Smash + swirlies. Dodge, use personals.
- Ravenous Destroyer – debuff & line shot. Spread and use personals.

Eco-Dome Al’dani Bosses Strategy
Boss 1 - Azhiccar
Once a minor predator in the outer wastes, Azhiccar grew to monstrous size feeding on mana-rich fauna trapped inside the dome. Now it’s starving again, and you’re on the menu.
Mechanics:
- Devour (100 Energy): Pulls all players toward Azhiccar for 18 sec, inflicting ticking Shadow damage. If a player or add is eaten, Azhiccar heals for 5% HP and gains +15% damage for 90 sec.
- Toxic Regurgitation: Fires acid at players, leaving Digestive Spittle pools that slow and deal massive Shadow damage.
- Invading Shriek: Summons Devourer Mites that attack random players. On Mythic, Frenzied Mites spawn during Devour.
Strategy Tips:
- Never get eaten, stack movement cooldowns during Devour.
- Avoid Digestive Spittle pools and position away from other players.
- Kill Frenzied Mites quickly to prevent Azhiccar from stacking buffs.
Tank:
- Keep Azhiccar faced away from the group to control spit placement.
- During Devour, use mobility skills to avoid being consumed.
Healer:
- Prepare cooldowns for Devour ticks.
- Watch for mite leaps, they can cause sudden damage spikes.
Boss 2 - Taah’bat & A’wazj
A beastmaster and his warp-stalker companion, bonded by magic and cruelty. They fight as one, phasing in and out of the battlefield to strike from unexpected angles.
Mechanics:
- Beastmaster’s Bond: They share all damage taken.
- Arcane Blitz (100 Energy): Taah’bat becomes Incorporeal (99% DR) while A’wazj uses Warp Strike to strip stacks.
- Binding Javelin: Tethers multiple players, slowing and dealing ticking Arcane damage until the javelin is destroyed.
- Rift Claws: Heavy tank hit with a bleed effect.
Strategy Tips:
- During Arcane Blitz, focus on removing Taah’bat’s Incorporeal stacks by positioning in Warp Strike paths.
- Break Binding Javelins quickly or players will die to the ramping damage.
Tank:
- Position A’wazj so Warp Strikes hit Taah’bat when needed.
- Mitigate Rift Claws bleed with active defenses.
Healer:
- Prepare group healing for Arcane Overload AoE.
- Dispel or heal through high stacks from Binding Javelin.
Final Boss - Soul-Scribe
Once a revered oracle, the Soul-Scribe’s visions were twisted by the destruction of K’aresh. Now she serves only vengeance, binding her enemies’ fates to their doom.
Mechanics:
- Whispers of Fate: Summons echoes of each player’s fate; if damaged, the linked player suffers Wounded Fate.
- Eternal Weave (100 Energy): Cone attacks that target Fates; standing in them damages both the Fate and its player.
- Dread of the Unknown: Marks players who explode after a delay; hitting a Fate applies Wounded Fate.
- Ceremonial Dagger: Targets both Fates and bound players with dagger throws, leaving a DoT.
Strategy Tips:
- Always protect your Fate, damage to it will cripple you with Wounded Fate.
- Spread during Dread of the Unknown to avoid chaining damage.
Tank:
- Keep the boss faced to avoid cleaving Fates accidentally.
- Use cooldowns during Eternal Weave if your Fate is under pressure.
Healer:
- Watch for Wounded Fate debuffs, they cut haste by 30% and require strong healing.
- Eternal Weave phases can stack unavoidable AoE; plan CDs.

Eco-Dome Al’dani Mythic+ Tips
With TWW Season 3, Eco-Dome Al’dani Mythic+ is part of the seasonal dungeon rotation, making it a key stop for your weekly keystones. The dungeon has a moderate timer, but add management and boss mechanics can cause major delays if mishandled.
- Affix synergy: Bolstering & Spiteful are rough in tight dome rooms and during Taah’bat & A’wazj fight.
- Route planning: Plan skips before Azhiccar and Soul-Scribe, avoid big packs.
- CC priority: Always CC mobs with healing/AoE abilities first.
Final Thoughts
Eco-Dome Al’dani in TWW Season 3 is one of those Dungeons that keeps you on edge from the first pull to the last boss. But honestly, the best part isn’t just the rewards or beating the timer. It’s that moment when, after a bunch of wipes, everything finally clicks and you clear it. That feeling is why you come back.
