You can take on the challenge your way. Queue up with NPC Volunteers or go it alone by dismissing them. However, to experience everything the event has to offer, it might take you some time. The event is time-gated, and for you to be able to unlock all the limited-time rewards, like the Tyrannotort's Treat mount, special pets, and toys, you’ll need to complete weekly quests over several weeks. It can start to feel like a grind after a while.
