Group Loot runs simply give you a chance of obtaining loot at every boss kill, but we cannot control it - it's RNG based by the game and it might be contested by other customers in the raid. Therefore, we cannot guarantee any extra loot drops, but our raiders will not need on any items that drop.

On the other hand, VIP Loot runs are designed to shower you with loot, as we can GUARANTEE that any loot that drops will be yours as long as you're eligible to need on it.

In fact, if you are a VIP customer in the run, you will have an amount of UNSAVED raid boosters who will guarantee a certain minimum amount of drops per boss.

According to the amount of unsaved raiders you choose, you can get between 2 and 5 item drops per boss. If your raid does not have the minimum amount of unsaved players that you have picked, your raid carry service will not be considered fully complete and we will have to calculate a refund or compensation for you. 

Yes! Since the end of Shadowlands, factions are pretty much irrelevant. All that matters is your region. If you see an EU run, you can join it as Alliance or Horde if you're in the EU.

If you cannot play on the day you bought your run for, you can always change the day and time to another run. We have many of them on our calendar, and rescheduling is generally always possible. Just ask us on Discord, no worries!

In case your raid run does not start at the time written on the Calendar, the first step is to re-assign you to another run within the same day or the following one at most (1-48 hours is our usual deadline). We will also compensate you if the delay is consistent.

We are happy to say that in 2022 for example, this has happened less than 10 times, but in case the raid is canceled (the main tank cannot play or similar), we will always reschedule and ensure you are happy with another raid slot. Seeing as we can understand the frustration of the reschedule, we are happy and feel obligated to make sure you are compensated with a discount or a gift. 

Please note that we have large entry barriers for our raid teams to post runs on the calendar, so the chance of having an unreliable team that posts runs and is unable to raid at that time is just pure bad luck, as our quality team focuses a lot on ensuring our Raid Calendar works flawlessly. 

Yes! This is because:

1) Many raid teams organize extra weekly runs after seeing a purchase from a customer! In fact, not all our teams regularly raid at the same time, every week, or every day. We have many raid groups who are always happy to arrange a run if a customer buys a service without a specific time on the Calendar.

2) We don’t want you to feel forced to buy a run at a specific time that a guild has chosen by themselves. Due to various customers’ requests, you can still buy a run, guarantee yourself a spot during the reset, and as soon we can chat on Discord, we’ll arrange a run for you.

For this reason, in our general Nerub-ar Palace raid page, you can find all of our standard Raid services without a set up time. We are selling Normal, Heroic, and Mythic clears, including Raid Loot runs in EU / US servers.

In general, we are happy to say that World of Warcraft Raid Carries are a very safe activity to complete with our players.

However, the general principles apply: Selfplay services, without account sharing, are ALWAYS recommended and suggested. Therefore, you should buy an account sharing service if you really aren't able to show up at any of our available times.

Please note that, interestingly enough, during the whole BFA and Shadowlands expansions, we have received zero suspensions related to Raid services, both in Selfplay and Pilot. 

The Item Level and quality of loot items can vary depending on which raid boss it drops from, as well as if it is a standard or ‘very rare’ item. Overall, most items in the new raid abide by the following table:

With the exception of Very Rare items, which have a much lower droprate but are very powerful, and will most certainly be considered BiS by the classes that can equip them. In Nerub’ar Palace, these ‘very rare’ items are:

Tier sets can also be acquired throughout the Raid, which provide powerful bonuses that become active when wearing the appropriate number of Tier Set pieces, those being at 2 and 4 pieces respectively. The following bosses drop tier set tokens:

• Helm: The Silken Court
• Shoulders: Rasha'nan
• Chest: Broodtwister Ovi'nax
• Hands: Sikran, Captain of the Sureki
• Legs: Nexus-Princess Ky'veza

While the following classes share a Tier Token:

Dreadful: Death Knight, Demon Hunter, Warlock

• Mystic: Druid, Hunter, Mage
• Venerated: Paladin, Priest, Shaman
• Zenith: Evoker, Monk, Rogue, Warrior
• Web-Wrapped Curio: Any Class

Wherein the Web-Wrapped Curio is a guaranteed drop from your first kill of Queen Ansurek.

The WoW Raid Calendar is a service unique to our site, through which you can book your spot in a raid ahead of time, thus guaranteeing that you’ll be able to run your raids however, whenever and with whomever you want. This also lets our boosters plan each run accordingly, making mishaps like accidental wipes or sudden changes in team composition much less likely.

By accessing our Raid Calendar page, you can take a look at every Raid scheduled for the current and next few weeks, which ones are full and which ones still have available spots, as well as if any Trader options are available for each run. The difficulty, realm and region of each raid will also be displayed.

You will find Mythic raid runs a few weeks after the final boss of the raid tier has been killed on Mythic, usually. However, pay attention to the note of the run: if you buy a Mythic run before the Hall of Fame has been filled, a realm transfer will be necessary. The note always mentions the realm to transfer to.

As soon as the Hall of Fame has been filled by 200 guilds worldwide, (to have defeated the last boss on Mythic difficulty), way more Mythic runs will populate our calendar! In fact, that's when it becomes possible to raid Mythic with cross-realm groups! This means we can effectively boost you in Mythic Raid Carries in WoW The War Within: as soon as the content is cross-realm, our teams can invite you from anywhere, without requiring a realm transfer, ensuring a quick and seamless raiding experience. 

If the raid team cannot play at your purchased time, and we cannot find another run for you at the same conditions within 48 hours, you are entitled to a cash refund. 

If you accept another run in any case, we will thank you for your understanding with compensations or gifts. We are on your side, always, and we want you to have a great experience at BlazingBoost. 

In case of any problems or delays, you will always receive a compensation and be reassigned to another team as quickly as possible.
