The Navigator is the first of its kind Strand Trace Rifle. On paper it might sound like a purely support weapon, rather than granting you great damage potential. However, it does have a hidden trick up its sleeve, the catalyst allows it to create a grappling point, which can significantly boost your damage output with an appropriate build. Navigator became an absolute must have for a ton of old and current content as it speeds up and even simplifies traversal a great deal. It also provides you and your teammates with Woven Mail, which grants you great damage reduction both in PvE and PvP.

The Navigator is a trace rifle, which makes it a primary pick for PvE rather than PvP. In PvE you can utilize all of its utility perks to the max, getting almost 100% uptime on Woven mail, as well as creating nearly infinite grappling points. With a proper Strand Titan build you can even solo flawless dungeons in under 20 minutes. That's how much versatility and benefits are granted by the Navigator. In PvP its usefullness is lowered significantly, but it can still come in handy in protecting your teammates, allowing them to survive a couple more shots then they'd usually be able to survive.

The Navigator does have a catalyst available for it. You can obtain it by completing a puzzle within the Ghosts of the Deep dungeon. The Navigator Catalyst allows you to shoot out grappling points, introducing a whole new level of utility and damage potential for you and for your teammates!

If you purchase a Recovery instead (completed with account sharing), you will be able to communicate with your pro in a specific channel we will create in the Contact Only server. We encourage you to use this channel primarily to exchange login codes (SMS or any other system you have enabled on your Destiny account) so that our pro can login easily.
